I love this place, but when I was there last, we had to send the bread back, as it was hard as a rock. Also, the food was a little cold. I hope it was just a bad night, as everything is usually wonderful. I'll go back, but probably for the lunch buffet.

The food was so unique and tasty. Loved it! The only less than fabulous food item I had was the rice(flavor was unusual-not great) but everything else was superb. Also the lighting was very harsh. Samira's wonderfully represents the cuisine of Afghanistan. These unique foods are a blend of both middle eastern and South Asia with curries, cumin and coriander. Two of us had dinner and were both pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. The lamb kebabs properly cooked and very tasty. The manto (beef dumplings) with rice were also very good.

I have been several times here, and I always had great moments and fantastic lamb kebab! This place is a "must" in Bloomington, Indiana. Perfect to hang out with friends. Not only the lamb is delicious, but they also have very good appetizers and a fair selection of wines. All in all a very nice place!
