We stopped here after watching a IU basketball game. Great food, great beer and great atmosphere. Also if you have a party of six or more you can make a reservation. Highly recommend!

The food is excellent. The beer is awesome. However it is the people and the atmosphere that keeps bringing us back. A must go to for those who are visiting Bloomington and want to experience a place that is Bloomington. Located in the middle of the Indiana University campus. Free parking is a plus at Lennie's as downtown Bloomington is... More

Love this place! It has great food and good beer. It is rather small, so it can often have a wait on busy evenings/weekends. Our favorites are the stromboli, pizza, and the Lennie's sandwich. They have good options on the kids menu. They were super excited to find that they were making their own root beer now! We try to... More

My Husband and I were dying for a pizza -- and he remembered going to this place 20 years ago so we thought we would try it out! I loved it and he said nothing had changed -- it was still a good place to go and eat and drink! Had a great time!!

I have been going to Lennie's for years and I LOVE it, but if I have one piece of advice to give it is: go at lunch time! You get a good value for the amount paid, but if you don't want to break the bank, go during lunch. They have many good lunch specials such as stratas and pizza... More

Lennie's has an eclectic menu, with all food made on site and fresh. Excellent home made soups, with an exceptional French Onion soup which is offered daily. The prices are above average for the area, but so is the quality.

Pennies had a diverse and delicious menu but I was looking for something light. The roasted veggies caught my eye and I'm going back for more. I couldn't eat an entire order and should have ordered the half order of huge chunks of a nice variety of healthy veggies spiced nicely. Great place to enjoy the great beer with your... More

Lennie's is one of those places tucked into a strip mall close to Indiana University's main campus in Bloomington, Indiana. It has been a local favorite for years but I had not been there for quite some time, so yesterday I had an appointment and I went early since parking can be an issue (it is an issue most places... My husband had the Lennie's special with a cup of chili and I ordered hot wings and 1/2 order of crab cakes with the mango salsa and greens - first off the sandwich my husband ordered was HUGE - piled high with roast beef and melted cheese, pickled onions and lettuce. He loved it but could only eat half of... More
