Lunch visit

After the move in process we decided to go to a Bloomington classic. For a lunch visit, a little disappointed in the speed of service. Fries were amazing & plentiful. 1/2 sub was good, would get again. Felt like the Stromboli was strictly sausage and nothing else.

Nick's is a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The food is outstanding and a step above general "pub food" with several unique offerings. The beer menu is nice and includes a range of types as well as regional craft brews. The service is prompt and includes a smile!

Brought my son to school for his senior year and we were hungry after moving in. During the school year, this place is very difficult to get into. We had no problem getting a table and the waiter was right there with menus and to take our drink order. Menu had something for everyone. I had a Nick's burger which... More

It's hard to go to Bloomington and not make a stop at Nick's. The food and the drinks are great. I usually get a burger but my sons love the Stromboli.

Real great food. Beer was cold. Tyler was our waiter and he was friendly and helpful. A nice young man.

Nick's is a local iconic restaurant for anyone who has attended IU or is an IU Fan. It's pub grub at it's best. The burgers are about 8 inches high and the mushrooms are outstanding. There are 2 levels of self-seating. Service is excellent and the food comes quick and is reasonably priced. If you are visiting Bloomington, Nick's should... More

If you are in Bloomington you should definitely come to Nick's. It is a great place to watch a game, get dinner, or play some sink the biz. Nick's has a great atmosphere with a ton of IU history on the walls. There are also plenty of TV's to watch a game.

We were looking for a pizza place very close to campus as we walked along Kirkwood. Nick's has a wonderful old feel to it. It has a lot of IU history on the walls. The food was really good and there was plenty to choose from...not just pizza. We were there in the summer on a weekend, so there were... More

While on a visit to Bloomington we got a recommendation to eat at Nick's. While small, there are a lot of tables here to pack everyone in. We sat in the back for lunch. This is an older place, looks like several additions to the original building. All of the Indiana Univ. memorabilia is interesting to see. The homemade vegetable... More

Its the perfect place to grab a drink with some friends and watch an IU basketball game. The Hoosier Room is has a large circle bar and is covered in IU and Bloomington paraphernalia. Superb atmosphere. Also if you're feeling daring, play their signature game of Sink the Bizz.
