Love everything here! I had the calzone which was delicious. I also love the ambiance for a college town. Our server was excellent. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Make sure to bring ID! It's a great place to watch a basketball or football game. In walking distance of shopping. Sink the biz y'all!

Ambiance and atmoshere is great! Service is outstanding and the food is fresh and prepared expertly! They have a full bar and an extensive range of beers! Well worth the visit for a fun time and good food and drinks!

Stopped in after an IU football game. We didn't have to wait too long, but once we got in it is not a relaxing meal. While the wait staff is very attentive, everything is rush, rush, rush. We ordered a pizza which I would recommend, "Nick's fries" while they have a reputation in Bloomington, to me, were just french fries,... More

That's about all I can say. Apart from the fact that $17 should stretch more to a burger and fries, and that $3 for a side, $6 for a half and $9 for a bucket of fries in the 'house seasoning' which I'm pretty sure is the same stuff they use at Boardwalk Fries (much better fries for money) and... I first visited as a student in the 1970s. Back then it was already an old standard among Bloomington traditions. Now it is an icon of mediocre fare. Yes, the original college bar environment brings back memories, but the food is immanently forgettable . . . or I should hope it is.

We've been coming to Nick's since the early 70's. On a recent return trip to Bloomington, we had to stop in again. The burgers were as good as they used to be. The pub atmosphere was great. Servers were friendly and attentive. Glad to see some things don't change!

Nick's is a place I enjoy going back to, having spent a little time there many years ago as a student. It is truly an I.U. icon and tradition. And the food is still great, and the beer cold (and a good selection) for a college hangout. Brought back many good memories and created new ones visiting my son, the... More

I have been visiting here for 45 years & I always stop here when in Bloomington. . The history, atmosphere, great pub food, & friendly staff make this place an Icon that is not to be missed. Seasonal outdoor eating/drinking & an extensive draught beer selection with seasonal selections. Great Stromboli's, pizzas, & hamburgers. Be part of I.U. history/tradition &... More

The floor might be occasionally sticky but great burgers, friendly staff, lots of beer and Indiana University sports ambience make it a must stop while in Bloomington.

Spent a quick visit in Bloomington and asked for a place to grab a quick bite and a beer. The first choice was Nicks. I asked for alternates just in case but by the sounds of the hesitation in the staffs voices we decided to head straight for Nicks. Glad we did. It was bigger in the inside than it... More
