Great Pizza although Expensive

Their pizza is really good however it was pretty expensive. It was $70 for 2 large and one small. I really enjoyed the gyro pizza. I had never heard of making a gryo pizza but it was yummy. There seemed to be a little too much cheese for my taste. Don't get me wrong, I love cheese! It... read more

They do have some original pizzas. Not bad. Over priced. Really just fast food quality. There are better options in Bloomington for the price.

This is hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten to this day! It's expensive, but it's worth every penny. In my opinion, it puts places like Pizza Hut to shame. If you're ever visiting the Bloomington area, and you're a fan of pizza, give Aver's a try. I would highly recommend this pizza place to anyone.

Okay, that's a stretch, but for vegetable toppings. original ingredients and crust, this award-winning kitchen makes a great variety of pies. Yes, even as a Purdue guy living in Bloomington I would wolf down a pizza called the Cream and Crimson (gorgonzola cheese and red potatoes, who'd figure?). Not cheap, but it's real gourmet and they're always thinking of new... More

Aver's has been here awhile now. So, as a townie, I've seen it grow through the years and had an opportunity to try all of their gourmet pizzas. Love that they opened the buffet. Great price and we can please the whole family there. Hands down, they have the best gourmet pizza I've ever had. Cream and crimson is a... More

You MUST try the Cream And Crimson Pizza. Outstanding! We love pizza and I have never had anything quite like this particular pizza. It is well worth a visit.

Place was recommended by staff as gourmet pizza we had the award winning gyro pizza, not that exciting, not that much meat on it.

The pizza is tasty, the service was quick, and Aver's is a good choice for quick pizza. There is no sit down area; this is takeout only. They do offer some very interesting pizza choices, which I did not get to try since I only ate there one night (I was in town for visiting for a few days). If... More

I love pizza and Aver's is one of my favorites. They have a great selection of toppings and sauces. The breadsticks are good, and the salads are fresh. Delivery time is a little long, and they are pricier than the usual chain pizza places, but well worth it. I usually make my own, but their signature pizzas are great too.... More

Aver's offers the best tasting pizza in Bloomington. The marinara has that little something special (I don't know what it is) that makes it a stand-out! They also have an interesting variety of specialty pizzas. I highly recommend the Cream & Crimson. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order to be ready, even on extremely... More
