If you have never had Turkish food, this is the stop you need to make. Have been a few times and always consistent. Various kebobs to choose from - delicious! Rice was excellent and baklava is very good. We sat in the front room that last time - pillows on the floor very authentic. Plenty of room for our party... More

Anatolia is excellent! The soup is great and I am in love with their tea. I like that they don't give you huge portions which is nice because I hate overeating. We have been seated quickly every time we visit, even when it is busy. Would highly recommend!

I have been several times to this restaurant over a multiyear period. We used to love it. The last time we went it was a complete disaster. The bread was cold, the portions were tiny and not as tasty. The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I mean breathtakingly bad. Our tea never appeared, we had to ask several times about where... More

I used to love this place, the food is still good. However, I won't return. Here's why: (1) they don't turn on their oven until the time they open. So for the first hour, you can't order pitas (the main reason to go there) unless you can wait 1 full hour! (2) We had a reservation for graduation weekend that... More

Our group of eight had a great experience at Anatolia. We very much appreciated the extremely friendly service. We liked the tea, soup, salad, and appetizers. The lamb tasted great! The atmosphere was very nice. You could sit on pillows on the floor, but had older folks with us so we sat at the tables. We had reservations so there... More

This is a nice little place to stop into in the afternoon and sit on big pillows on the floor and enjoy some tea, maybe some lentil soup and a snack. The service is friendly and helpful.

Anatolia's is a good example of what makes a college town like Bloomington fun! Yes - we had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The service and value were good, and menu choices and portions great.

Several of my classmates were talking about this restaurant, so eventually my friend and I visited. It was okay, they had a bunch of options on the menu. I ended up choosing a kabob and my friend had some sort of orange soup. We both enjoyed our meals, but neither of us finished everything. We had some mis-communications with our... More

White bean soup was delicious, bread was good, sauce on rice and Moussaka were way too salty. Too much salt has been a problem with dishes in the past. Service was ok. We were not offered the complimentary Turkisk tea nor the posted %5 off for cash payment. If I go with friends again it will be white bean soup... More
