The owners are truly awesome. The managers, Dino and Mike are truly there for the business and to make it the best experience the customer ever had. They will bend over backwards to make someone feel like they just showed up at their favorite little restaurant in the middle of Italy! Finally, the staff are simply awesome. Anything you ask... A friend bought this pizza to work and I have to say she won, this is the best pizza I have ever had. From the light and crest to the mouth watering fresh cheese and veggies. This is definitely a place to try. You will not be disappointed.......... I never tried this restaurant but I know I will in the... More

I have been all over Europe, Asia, and Africa and I have always tried to fins the best food possible because I see food as one of the best ways to explore a culture. I would have never expected to find one of my best food experiences in a little italian restaurant that I just happened to stop by on... More

Quaint little village restaurant with the best food ever. Nice portions, moderate prices. Even though the seating has been expanded, it fills up quickly.

I have been to Marino's many times and have always had a great meal. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is very clean from top to bottom. The staff is very friendly and hard working. You will definitely get your moneys worth here and the food is fresh. Pizza, pasta, Chicken Parm...I could go on and on. It's all... More

First time was average. Ordered on wing night. Godfather pizza (beef and giardiniera) was good. Though crust not crunchy enough and sauce too sweet for my taste. Would not recommend the wings. I will try again when I get sick of local favorites (reason for first call).

Whenever I travel to the Chicago 'burbs west of O'Hare and I find myself in Wood Dale around lunch time, I always stop in to eat at Marino's. The food is great - fresh, appetizing and cheap. I love the pasta fagiole, the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich drizzled with olive oil, and whatever daily pasta special is on the board.... More

The deep fish pizza as well as the margarita pizza, were simply splendid. The ingredients were obviously fresh and made spool the difference in the world. Would return in a heartbeat! The serving sizes were also great. My son ate the pizza a day later and STILL said it was fresh-unrefrigerated!(college student)

A meatball hoagie is a good test for me to tell how good an Italian lunch-type restaurant is. Though the meatballs were not nearly as well seasoned as my Italian mother's, they were still better than most places. Most meatball hoagies are bland but this one had good, though not great, seasoning. The sauce was also remarkable. This place was... More

We first went here on a recommendation from a culinarily-versed friend whose opinion we trust, and he was on the mark as usual. We've been back several times since. We took family members, who've done the same. Word spreads when you find a place that packages up a great dining experience the way Marino's does. First of all, everything we've... More
