Description: The receptionist in our hotel suggested we tried this restaurant. We ate the freshest, tastiest food imaginable with decent sized helpings. Prawns with garlic, squid and prawn noodles wth mixed vegetables, spinach and garlic salad, spring rolls all served with kovely spicy sauces. Drinks included (big bottle of water and Tiger beer) Meal came to 120,000 dong, less than £4 for the two of us. Very popular with all the tourists and the Vietnamese - restaurant is on main street running through town but when you go in the restaurant is at side of the beach. We are back there tomorrow. One of the best and cheapest meals I have had in Vietnam so far. Do not miss this restaurant if you are in Mui Ne!

We have eaten here two times in a day and we notice many unpleasant things. The first time we have ordered a plat of mix fruits, served warm as possible. At night, local people get the same plat, with a lots of ice, to keep it cold. Moreover, plates of local people look more heavy than ours, and servers takes... More

We came here expecting nothing, some comments being really bad. But this is Vietnam or asia no fake no occidental design or "nice" marketing. Here the price is good, the food id good and it is asia style. I think people who do not find it ok are simply wrongly traveling around asia!

You won't go here based on the looks of the place! Plastic chairs and tables that have seen better days, quiet during the week, but lots of big groups on a Friday night. Right on the beach, but they're built a platform to get away from the erosion and high tide, and put sand on top of that, so you... More

My girlfriend and I have been traveling SE Asia for 3 months and after eating this meal, we were so disgusted that I'm writing our first ever Trip Advisor review. As others have said, service is non-existent - we walked into an empty restaurant and had to walk to the server's station to get our own menus. But more than... More

Definitely the best food we ate at Mui Ne. Super fresh, very nice selection of Vietnamese and Western style dishes. Cheapest food ever - fresh juice, coffee, shakes for under 1$, all fish/seafood rice/noodle dishes for ~3$. Nice place to sit and overview the Mui Ne bay, just near by the Jibes club if you are into water sports. Place... More

Check the prices around and they are the cheapest with a terrasse having a 180 degree view on the beach. The food is good and quickly made. Many Vietnamese eat there so it looks like good food.

The Tam Long is a family run affair located on the main hotel stretch of mui ne. In essence this is a nice traditional Vietnamese seaside restaurant that has a sea view and sand beneath your feet at the tables closest to the sea. The food was very enjoyable and there were fair portion sizes for all of the dishes... More

We got to Lam Tong around 9:30 pm and there was only one other table seated; they had run out of almost everything fresh (no shrimp, no squid, no grouper, etc...) The food we did get (stir-fried noodles, fresh spring rolls, etc) was very tasty. The fried snapper, however, was way too oily, so once again - get there earlier... More

Ate here twice in 2 days on advice from Lonely Planet. Nice location right on the beach. Sure it's about the cheapest you'll find anywhere near here, but there's a reason. First day we waited for service and no one came, had to walk up and order. Staff were very blunt, verging on rude. Both meals were very oily, to... More
