Description: The receptionist in our hotel suggested we tried this restaurant. We ate the freshest, tastiest food imaginable with decent sized helpings. Prawns with garlic, squid and prawn noodles wth mixed vegetables, spinach and garlic salad, spring rolls all served with kovely spicy sauces. Drinks included (big bottle of water and Tiger beer) Meal came to 120,000 dong, less than £4 for the two of us. Very popular with all the tourists and the Vietnamese - restaurant is on main street running through town but when you go in the restaurant is at side of the beach. We are back there tomorrow. One of the best and cheapest meals I have had in Vietnam so far. Do not miss this restaurant if you are in Mui Ne!

Came there by the recommendation of the hotel staff. Its very cheap compare to other places nearby and suprisingly good food. Highly recommend it!

the service at this restaurant is horrible. They were extremely rude to me when they brought my food which was served with ramen noodles when i expected rice noodles. I politely asked it to be changed, even if i had to pay a small price and was told i needed to order a whole new dish and would be charged... More

I don't have much to say about this place. Food was very bad, and the service was very bad too. Never go there again.

We've just returned from this place with great need to warn everyone about it. Went there based on Lonely Planet recommendation and I wonder how did it get it in the first place. Definitely the worst food (and terrible value to money ratio) we've eaten in last two months of our trip through Asia. When ordered "Shrimps fried in oyster... More

The food is very tasty and amazingly cheap, but that staff are totally incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. If you're fairly chilled out and just want some good food without being too fussed about atmosphere or service, you'll be fine.

Just eaten here this evening and while my boyfriend was waiting to choose something from the menu he had his phone taken out of his camera bag by one of the waiters who then disappeared from the restaurant as soon as we realised. The staff are unbelievably incompetent and even though a few of them could speak English they offered... More

We were recommended this restaurant from the Lonely Planet guide and were super excited for some cheap, yummy seafood. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. Perhaps we were unlucky.. The staff ignored us most of the meal, took ages to bring menus, threw the menus and dishes on the table and ignored our requests. The rice was undercooked and barely warm,... More

Lam Tong served us excellent food -- the tamarind crab, for example -- at extremely good prices. Sure, the place isn't fancy and the service -- lots of young family members as best we could tell -- is a bit haphazard, but think about where you are and why you're there.

We went there a few times because its close and its really cheap. I think everytime it neaded ages and they forgot some of our ordered food. The staff is normally very unfriendly and rude and we have even seen a fight between a russian customer and a waiter.

I went here to try the fish in a pot only to find out, after I placed my order, that the restaurant was out of fish. What kind of seafood restaurant runs out of fish at 7:30 on a Saturday night? The shrimp I had was okay and the seafood fried rice was just average. The service staff seemed young,... More
