Always good, good location, friendly service. They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine, they have opener and glasses. They have some great Italian dishes and the pizza is very good.

We recently tried Lorenzos Pizza & Pasta in Vandalia, Illinois. They had apparently moved to a more central location in the downtown area. While they were not terribly busy when we visited, it seemed like the wait staff simply forgot about us. It took them quite some time to get to our table initially, we waited and waited with an... Lorenzo's Pizza & Pasta has a new location at 116 Kennedy Blvd. right in the downtown area its so much easier to get to easy. I work in the area. Now I can get pizza at lunch or a sandwich. Great food and wonderful place to eat and relax

Very friendly service and the food is outstanding. Would be even better if they sold beer and wine to wash that awesome pizza down.

Had dinner at Lorenzos. The pizza sauce is very sweet. I enjoyed it, but it was too sweet for my husband. My daughter had the spaghetti--which she enjoyed. But, would like to note the bread was awesome. Good value.

Pizza was good to our standards with a little sweetness to the sauce.

This is a little - and I mean little - hole in the wall with delicious food at a great price. We went based on tripadvisor, as our alternative would have been subway. The bread was delicious with the olive oil dip, the salad was very good. I had a portobello sandwich with a nice cream topping with red peppers... More

Wife & I are world travellers, we eat where the food is good. While good food normally correlates with price, that makes this place a very good value. Food choice & Quality of many upscale, but price & atmosphere of local cafe. Byob, not sure if corking/glass fee or not.

We went on a Saturday night - plenty of customers. We had pizza and a salad. Is it fair to evaluate a small restaurant in the midwest by west coast standards? The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce, probably favored by locals. Lots of cheese in it and more sprinkled on it - presumably from a container. Pizza was good, but... More
