I have been disappointed in the food from this previously terrific restaurant. the last couple of times it has been only average, not the wonderful experience it previously was. I wonder if the ownership has changed.

Good Thai food here, reasonable prices and excellent service. They have a beer and wine list, and an extensive menu. I had Pad Thai and it was very good. My husband had a Thai grilled rib eye steak and it too was excellent.

Tub Tim Thai is much better than your average Thai food. The dishes are less heavy and use fresh ingredients. The staff is attentive and friendly. The decor is not super fancy, but it's pleasant. A real find in downtown Skokie.

If you're on the north side, and you're in the mood for Thai -- this place will put a big smile on your face. I eat out frequently, and this is definitely a place I would recommend.
