We went here to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. Thai food is good all over Chicago. To me, it is the most reliable cuisine (no matter which restaurant you pick) having a great price/quality balance. Tub Tim Thai is definitely above-average Thai, and that's saying a lot. If you're on the north side, and you're in the mood for Thai -- this place will put a big smile on your face. I eat out frequently, and this is definitely a place I would recommend. More

It is great that in a small town like Skokie we now have three really good Thai restaurants. We have been to Tub Tim many times (both at the restaurant and for take out) and been thoroughly pleased. The satay and spring rolls are great. The pot stickers are also good, but we like them a bit better at some... More
