****Interesting Concept***

This is an intriguing concept. This restaurant offers both Thai and Chinese food. My wife likes Thai and I am fond of Chinese so we decided to try it. We had lunch there. We found the quality of the food to be quite good along with great service. However, we did find it a little pricy for lunch.

First, I must tell you that I'm not a huge fan of driving -- particularly in traffic. So, for me to drive out of my way to get to Big Bowl really says something. While we are yet to try something that on the menu that was mediocre, we really have this down to a science. Three words: Stir Fry... More

Whatever your occasion, this place would be great! The menu selection is adequte and the food is very tasty. I love the option of the stir fry, you go and pick your own selections and they will cook it right there for you or just order off of the menu. I have visited her with my family, friends and business... More

This was the second time I've been to Big Bowl in Schaumburg. Both times, all 4 of us were very happy with our meals and service. I had the Kung Pao chicken--spicey and tasty.

I loved this place. its like a mongolian village, you can select your food and sauces and have them deliver it to you after they fry it. the even have recipes so you have some guidance. We stuck to the a la carte and I had the kung pao chicken with spinach and noodles. This was seriously great. The place... More

Our family loves to go to Big Bowl in Schaumburg! To start with - the food is awesome. I would recommend the spicy sesame peanut noodles to start with. They are cool in temperature, but the perfect amount of spice paired with some sliced cucumber and cilantro. I've never had this anywhere else and love it! I used to always... More

VERY limited menu. Review the menu on line before you go. Also, don't go hungry. The portions are very small. Apps a must, you will need them. Food ok, a little bland. Don't order the fried pork rice. VERY bland.

Have tried this place- and uneven would be a very good description. Service can be pretty bad- busy place, but inattentive. Food is ok, nothing special. Wish I could give a better review.

On our way out of Schaumburg we stopped at Big Bowl for lunch. We had a cup of pho for an appetizer. It was so delicious. We had two Thai dishes that were fabulous. It is a great change of pace. The service is excellent too.
