Had lunch there again and it is always consistent. Lunch Specials include egg roll and soup at a fair price. Food is good but not unbelievable.

We have gone to this restaurant for years - often ordering takeout as well as eating in. It was our favorite chinese restaurant. However, something has happened in the past few years and the quality has definitely gone down. We had company in from out of town this past weekend and because they were tired from traveling we decided to... More

I'm so sad - this used to be one of my fav Chinese restaurants in the Chicago area, but not anymore. It was dirty and smelled awful, the food was mediocre and exceptionally greasy. The server was pleasant and quick despite the restaurant being busy.

For anyone who truly enjoys authentic Chinese food that rich in flavor, Yu's Mandarin Restaurant is the place to enjoy. Their egg rolls are crisp and tasteful. Their entrees are especially pleasant and flavorful! Their Walnut Shrimp and Beef and Broccoli are the best I have ever eaten. The price point is reasonable and the service is professional and expeditious.... More

Took out of town family here before heading to O'Hare. Waitress Michelle was beyond rude. Her attitude almost caused a tragedy if it wasn't for another staff member that helped (Arturo?). We asked her if any of the dishes had egg or peanut ingredients and she said no. I asked her again before she brought the food and asked her... More

We have been eating at Yu's for over a decade and have been disappointed in the slowly eroding quality of the food served. The tangy and spicy dishes which we once loved are no longer offered. They have added sushi to the menu but we have not tried them. It remains one of the better Chinese restaurants in Schaumburg but... More

Ugh this is a step above a hole in a wall Chinese restaurants because of it's enormous dining area. Otherwise, it comes with most Asian food establishments' bells and whistles: bad service, bad quality food, overly salted foods, and 20,000 items that are fried and practically swim in the same type of gravy. But I can't lie, I love some... More

This restaurant is very large with plenty of assorted table sizes for small or large groups. Be aware that the portion sizes are at least double of what I expected ( I am a big eater and I could only eat 1/3 of my dish). I highly recommend ordering a couple different things that catch your tables eye, and sharing... More

Varied menu with lazy Susan tables makes for great choice if you have a big group. All our food was excellent, sesame chicken was best, followed by Dim sum crab and shrimp, followed by spicy shrimp. Service was good. Inside is quiet so you can actually talk your friends. Will be back.
