From the decor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perfect for celebrating with friends or a quiet evening for two. The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Wildfire Chopped Salad and Cedar Planked Salmon. Blown away with the food

Wow, the food at this restaurant was mind blowing as was the service. The steak was tender and juicy. My husband I seriously considered ordering a second one.

Staying in one of the hotels nearby, I wanted a decent dinner where I could eat at the bar since I was solo. The service was good as was the burger. I also had a good cocktail with a generous pour. The bar was busy and lively, but not crazy crowded. Definitely better than some of the other chain restaurants... More

We enjoyed the excellent beef. Both the Shrimp and Crab Bisque and the French Onion Soup were spot on. The Au Gratin Potatoes were rich and cheesy. We also found a favorite wine at a good price.

Arrived at about 7 on a Friday night with no reservations. We were told 45 mins to an hour, and decided to have a drink in the bar and an appetizer. Drinks were sub par, watery ice, watered down $15 martinis, with Hendricks and Gray Goose. Both were not worth the money. The appetizer was backed goat cheese with marinara... More

We choose the Wildfire for a birthday, and it was awesome. The food is just cooked to perfection and the service is fast and friendly. We even got a free dessert for the birthday. The athmosphere is nice but really loud, as it is one big hall. The price is above average, but for the quality you get absolutely worth.

We were starving when we got there so we ordered a couple appetizers. The pretzels with beer cheese, which were great and the bison meatballs, which tasted like the tomato sauce they were in and nothing more. We eat bison at least once a week because we like the bold flavor. These also had the consistency of a store bought... More

The salad topped with strip steak was outstanding. Fresh lettuce, tender beef, just the right amount of dressing. The bread they serve with your meal is always fresh as well, and the servers were attentive without being intrusive.

We were exhausted from shopping at the mall and needed a good meal to end our day. We arrived around 5pm on a Monday and were seated right away. Service was tremendous. Our meals were fantastic. I had a Parmesan crusted steak and my wife had the steak and blue cheese salad. To die for, she said. Glass of wine,... More

While in the area on a business trip we are at Wildfire. First night, we were without a car and our hotel recommended Wildfire as best within walking distance. From the salads to the prime rib and seafood, the food was fantastic and service was great. 2nd night we were part of a larger group and ended up here again.... More
