Their deep dish pizza is the most delicious I have ever tasted. The seasoning are just right. It does not overwhelm any of the other ingredients. The layers of cheeses, meat, and vegetables are evenly distributed. The crust is the tastiest ever: not thin, not thick, just right. If ever you visit Chicago, and what a great tasting deep dish... We weren't very impressed with the service, but the food was delicious. The server never asked if we'd been there before, took him a bit to get to us initially. Never had a "real chicago-style" pizza before, we were very pleased with the outcome. Glad we tried it!

We have eaten at this location several times when in Schaumburg and it is always fantastic. Malnati's really knows how to do Chicago Deep Dish after all Lou and his father came over from Italy and brought their recipes with them to Uno. We arrived at 5pm right before the place started to fill up. My wife always orders the... More

OK not great pizza; crust is too doughy and way too much cheese for any pizza that made it quite greasy

Lou's has the best Chicago deep dish in my opinion. Great buttery crust. We have been to this location twice now, the first time was a year ago, and now again this year at the same time. We had the same server this time as last year. Her name is Alma and I remember her from last year because of... More

Amazing Chicago style pizza. Get the Chicago Classic. It has a buttery garlic crust that is not to thick. It is even a little crispy. Sometimes deep dish pizza crust can be a little too bready but not this one. There were four of us and we had not really ate a real meal all day since we had been... More

Not what I expected. Basically a house converted to a restaurant with two hundred people inside. We went at 6pm and waited nearly 90 minutes. During this time we met a local gentlemen that has been coming here for years, he encouraged us that its worth the wait. When seated upstairs the noise was at the point of yelling just... More

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria has the best deep dish pizza. They have several locations, but the eat in locations are better than the carry out... don't know why, but that's my experience. My favorite is pepperoni, black olive, and onion. The sauce is thick and chunky, the crust is crisp and buttery and the cheese is nice and stringy. I always... More

I didn't make the decision to come to Lou's but did enjoy my visit. Our waiter was great for a large party. I didn't actually even have pizza, but it did look good. My table had raving reviews. I am just not a huge chain restaurant fan, but I can say that the spinach salad I had was dressed with... More

Lou's practically invented the Chicago style deep dish pizza. It is simply amazing. I love the sheet of sausage cooked under the cheese. The taste is delicious and wonderful. Needless to say, we recommend the Chicago deep dish pizza with sausage. It's so thick and tasty, the wait staff has to serve you the first slice.
