Fake and fun

About one would expect from a fake castle surrounded by a parking lot from an authenticity perspective with the fake being over the top and almost campy; acting was mediocre at best and amateurish. We went during a Schaumburg trip on my daughter's Spring Break. I booked online and got a BOGO deal straight off their website. I got the upgraded seating, which comes with a DVD, program and a little flag to wave. I ended up with the picture they took as we came in too. It's not exactly the cheapest place to... More

It was a long drive from downtown Chicago to Schaumburg to watch the dinner show. Yet, it was an experience to watch actors posing as knights in horses. While I was not personally impressed about the show due to some poor acting skills, but I had to recognize the efforts put in by actors and actresses. I was surprised that... More

Well we were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. But I must say we had a blast. We thoroughly loved the food, the bar, the theme, the whole experience. The story was well put together, awesome special affects, and jousting. Food could have been cooked a little longer, but all in all a great experience. Would definitely... More

I purchased a Groupon deal with a hotel room at the Buffalo Grove Wyndham that included tickets for Medieval Times for my son's 12th birthday. This was, in fact the reason I booked with this hotel. I was not disappointed! The staff at Medieval Times was great! The food was *very* good. The show was a lot of fun. I'm... More

The horses are simply beautiful, when we were there, they had a falcon handler, his act could have been longer in my opinion, but still very nice.

Great show featuring knights from the Medieval Spanish kingdoms. The food has funny names like baby dragon (roast chicken) and medieval french fry (herb-roasted potato), but it's delicious. Our waiter was very kind and funny, and the tournament not only entertaining but even educational To this day, we still chortle about how much fun we had cheering medieval knights &... More
