I go to Saigon at least once a week for their pho. I like P9 (the pho with the beef balls the best!), very close to what there is in Chicago. I'm not crazy about the flank pho -- cut a little too thick for my liking.... but the beef balls are great! Their Vietnamese spring rolls are to die... more

I just tried the brand-new Saigon for the first time and had a delicious bowl of pho (traditional Vietnamese soup) that rivalled what I've had in Chicago.
