Went there twice so far this summer, had two recommendations from friends. Both times on Thurs. eve and it was pretty quiet, just a few tables occupied. Ordered pizza both times (once we were with our kids) and a small green salad. My pizza 4 "seasons" was really good, nice dough, thins, neapolitan style. Nice tomato sauce too. You can... More

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here. We were pleasantly surprised that there is valet service offered here. Our valet, Ken, was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food was delicious! There is a nice variety on the menu. Highly recommend.

We went here after reading all the great reviews and had high expectations. Little did we know that we were in for the shock of our lives! I've never written a review before but this experience had to be shared. Everything that could've gone wrong with a pleasant dining experience did go wrong. Just about the only thing pleasant that... Who would have thought that a vegan could find happiness in an Italian restaurant? We ended up here as a second choice when the restaurant we had hoped to visit was closed. And what an amazing surprise we had in store for us. When you arrive, you enter a beautifully decorated area and are greeted by friendly staff, quickly seated,... More

This is one of the best kept secrets in Illinois! Wonderful atmosphere in an old church. This location has admittedly struggled to find a successful restaurant over the years, but all is good now. My wife and I eat here fairly often and always bring the kids or other family when they are visiting. The grilled calamari is always exquisitely... More

Went there instead of my usual choice, Za Za's to try something different & was not disappointed. The atmosphere & ambience in this restaurant was excellent---soft music, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The appetizers we ordered, bruschetta & calamari were good-- bruschetta was outstanding while the fried calamari was decent, but not great. Salads were fresh & delicious and all... More

We had dinner here the night before the Fox Valley Marathon in late September. The service was great with our waiter Jaime. I could not decide between two special menu selections and he suggested that I could order a combination of both which was a great suggestion. I ordered the homemade gnocchi with veal tips in a mushroom sauce (the... More

My wife and I came here the first night we were staying at Pheasant Run. I had their bracciole special. The meat was quite tender, and the thick marinara sauce was by far the best marinara I have ever had. The pasta and thinner sauce were excellent too. She had veal in a Gorgonzola cream sauce, and this was great... More

On Oct. 11th, we went to Scarecrow Fest and decided to have dinner at Nuova Italia and what a fantastic choice we made. We had the Wood Burning Oven Pizza which was out of this world...closet ever to Naples,Italy!!! It was only $10 with sausage which was not big chunks but like ground sausage. It was big enough for the... More

I write again my review as by mistake I put it into the wrong place: I just moved to St Charles with my family from Italy and we have "discovered" this place one day walking in the park in front of it: that was a wonderful surprise! The employees are very, very nice, the owner is Italian and he knows... More
