This place is Awesome!

Fabulous soups and sandwiches! In the summer they have a quaint outdoor patio, which is charming. Friendly and fast service. Did I mention desserts? Fabulous, too. The open-face tuna melt sandwich is my favorite. I like the soups so much, If I want soup, I get the combo: half veggie sandwich on... read more

I love this restaurant / book store combo. The food is excellent, coffee is great (important for breakfast) and the staff has always been quick and friendly. It a great place to go with a friend or two, browse for a few books, and get a light lunch or breakfast. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I go here for lunch a few times a month. There are hot and cold sandwiches and salads on the menu. They also have a rotating menu of desserts. The food is delicious. They have a wonderful peach iced tea. There is also wine on the menu. The sandwiches are delicious! My favorites are the open-faced tuna melt and the... More

Love this place for a casual breakfast or lunch. Inside can be a bit noisy for me, but outside seating is quaint and devine

I've eaten here numerous times with friends. Each time I am disappointed. The food isn't anything special. The servers always seem rushed. I don't think they have enough staff. A turkey sandwich with chips should not be 8.95. While the sandwich was good, it wasn't any better than anywhere else I have had a turkey sandwich. I do enjoy the... More

This place is so unique. The décor is nostalgic and a book store is attached. When we arrived there were people sitting outside waiting for their table, but it took very little time for us to be called. Our waiter was informative and efficient. We really enjoined the lunch we ordered. The atmosphere is relaxing and casual. A terrific place... More

Town House Books and Cafe is a unique and wonderful place to revisit time and time again. The food is consistently excellent and the desserts are sublime. The Sunday brunch is a family favorite. Not to be missed!
