Recently stayed in St. Charles. Didn't find a lot to do in the evenings so we thought we'd have dinner on the river. The Sage Bistro has a wonderful deck with a beautiful view. The weather was great, the food was very good (the Sage burger was enormous and delicious), service was perfect. more
