Great Mac n Cheese

I was visiting Chicago for the 1st and decided to meet up with an old friend after 2 years. Lots to catch up on. We were seated over in the corner. It was quiet so we could talk comfortably. We enjoyed a couple cocktails and had the recommended Mac N Cheese with Bacon. It was AWESOME! Parking... read more

Guinness was very cold and refreshing.I had the fish and chips and it was probably the best I've ever had and the Cole slaw that came with it was also very good. Bartender was pleasant.

I was walking home after eating at the recommended place, in the very cold weather in Chicago at the moment, and decided to duck into this place to just warm up a little. Little did I know they had a special going on for $5 shots of different types of whiskey. They were all types of whiskey I had never... More

The Irish truly love their beverage and sweets and this is the place for both! Everything in between is just Ok and very greasy, unhealthy. The hostess and service was friendly and helpful yet the food was mediocre at best.

Came here with a group of 20. Service was excellent. Big selection of beers. I had the beef short ribs and would highly recommend it. I used my fork to cut it!! Very little fat on it. Sauce was very tasty.

Great Irish bar with all the food, beer, whiskey and atmosphere you could ask for while only steps away from multiple hotel options in Rosemont. Wide open place, which keeps the atmosphere low key while still attracting a good crown. Great wood decor interior gives Five Roses an great Irish bar feel in the heart of the Rosemont district. Fun... More

There are some wonderful things on this menu and each has a description making it harder and harder to decide which to do. I had the pot pie and I couldn't have been more pleased with it. Home made all the way and oh, so wonderful. I'll go there again.

I was in Rosemont for a bachelorette party and before the festivities of the night began, a friend and I ate at the Five Roses Pub. It has your classic Irish Pub decor and food, which was very tasty, I might add. Later on in the night once the bachelorette partying began, someone suggested we go to Five Roses and... More

What an unexpected pleasure In this rather impersonal, satellite town of airport, convention center and hotel chains - a gastro pub with reasonably priced food and beer on tap. Live blues and music of other styles. Not a culinary awakening, but a value meal of generous size and good quality. Recommend Chili, ☆Guiness and fish and chips. Our table found... More
