Three of us dined at Nick's Fishmarket during a trip to the area. We visited on a Friday night; we had a reservation at 5:30. It was deserted when we arrived but definitely busier when we left. Two of us were not that hungry so we ordered the Lobster Bisque and I paired mine with a Crab Cake - totally... More

We had an 8pm reservation on Valentine's day and 45 min later we were still waiting. There were many other couples still ahead of us. The management and parking here are awful! We ended up leaving. Will NEVER waste my time in coming here again!!

The restaurant is located within many great hotels near o'hare airport. The restaurant looks like an old classic English Pub. Our serveurs were good and attentive. It was a dinner for a celebration for which we were pleased as a choice. Limited list of white wine by the glass. Beautiful patisseries, however, most appeared to have lots and lots of... More

$50 a plate menu. Food only OK at that price point. Only one soup choice. Pushy maitre de who constantly interrupted conversation. I felt like telling him to go away. Odd setting too. The place is almost none signposted and sits in the base of an office block. A better dining option is just across the street.

Tried this for the first time on NYE. Amazing food!! Expensive but worth it, was all decorated for New Years eve, staff was VERY attentive and polite. Everything is delicious!! Will def go again. Only drawback, limited parking and no valet.

I've always wanted to dine at Nick's Seafood, heard / read many good reviews. My experience was ok, I went on a Monday night, the atmosphere was very low key.I ordered lobster bisque and the seafood mix. Both were good, but in my opinion, not worth the cost. My dinner, with 1 beer was $68.88 (that included the tip)

This restaurant has a good wine selection. Staff is very knowledgeable both on the menu and wine selection. Seafood, maincourse, was really good. Well balanced flavor and texture. Not sure I can say the same for the appetizer selection as it appears both the shrimp and oysters sat at room temperature for too long (food safety ?). It did not... More

I am a seafood junkie as you can make out from all th reviews I have done of seafood places. Went to Nicks on a weekday evening. Surprisingly quiet and subdued. I was expecting a more lively place. As i was there with some clients, i did not mind. The place is quite upmarket, fresh seafood and good drinks. Expensive... More

While in Chicago for business I was treated to Dinner at Nick's. my first impression was that this establishment was designed for Power Lunches and Influential Dinner Dining. It wreaks of class. Excellent service, unique flavor combinations, and amazing presentation. We all just took it in before even lifting our forks! Every dish was well prepared with unique flavor combinations.... More
