I went on the weekend of Midwest Furfest 2014 and we had so much pizza with the 14 inch white sauce pizza that I couldn't eat it all. It was awesome pizza and the service was excellent. Thanks.

The food was really good aND although somethings were a little one the pricey side, the portions were comparable. The chocolate cake is exceptional. GazLind was our waiter and was very helpful and professional. Even of the food wasnt great I think my girlfriend and I would come back simply because of how well we were treated. Thanks again Gazlind

Ate at the Chicago Fire Restaurant exclusively during my stay and found the food to be outstanding with a very wide selection of choices. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive.

we experienced some of the best service by Mr. John Hughes and his staff. Met everyneed of ours and went out of his way to make sure we, the customers (4 of us) were totally satisfied. The food was great, he ensured our transportation was readily available and on time and most of all, very pleasant to work with. John-thanks... More

Would not eat there unless you are too exhausted to walk to one of the restaurants nearby. The food was average at best and the service was terrible. Very slow. The waitress disappeared after she took my order, never checked back. 3 or 4 other people randomly came by to bring the food and eventually the bill. I charged it... More

Bad food and bad service. I wouldn't recognize my waiter in a line up if he (she??) were the only one there. I had to go into the kitchen to ask for butter. Which I used on a roll that was so stale that I could have used it to pound nails into a two by four. The spinach salad... More

Food was average, customer service was poor and if you decide not to add a tip for any reason the staff member will scowl at you.... This happened on 3 nights to me with different staff. Plus I had to wait over 30 minutes for a basic pasta and glass of wine.

Food was excellent, Jose Seaver, waiter, was fantastic. And the manager, John Hughes, was very personable, and helping the other staff with serving the clients in the restaurant.

Wow! This place is fantastic, totally unexpected for a hotel (attached) restaurant. The food and beverage manager (John Hughes), came out twice to our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great food, fabulous dessert (and drinks), combined with wonderful, personal service (we had the delightful Grisette). My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised, we immediately made... More

In town for business. Stopped here for lunch. This a nice restaurant to be located in a hotel. The pizza was very good with a nice buttery crust. Very fresh ingredients. The mushrooms were fabulous. I would recommend eating here for anyone looking for some good pizza while in the area.
