The food was very tasty. The service was so-so. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but that is the story with all hotel restaurants. The biggest problem: They stopped seating people 30 minutes before closing even though there were a number of people that wanted to eat. We had to get carry out and eat in... More

Food was good, but it was expensive and ordinary. Staff was friendly, though and service was good. I only ate there for breakfast.

Inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel, this restaurant was worth the 1/2 mile walk from my hotel. Had a House Salad which included a wood fire toasted slice of bread -Great compliment to the salad and it's ample, delicious dressing. Ordered a wood fired 8 inch pizza. Tried the Meatball Parmesan one and added black olives. Very good. Would return next... More

Ate here for two breakfasts and a lunch. The omlettes were great, as well as the pizza. I didn't go for the breakfast buffet, as it didn't look as good as the menu items.

We used this restaurant twice (for breakfast and dinner) while we were stranded in Chicago due to a snow storm. American Airlines booked a night at Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel for us and this restaurant is located in that hotel. It has nice interiors and cozy atmosphere. For breakfast, my son used the breakfast buffet, my husband had a... More

I had only breakfast but several times the past 4 years. The choice for breakfast is very limited. Maybe because they offer a buffet (which IMO is so so). Customizing your items is not possible. Only one kind of toast. Food is carelessly prepared. Always needed to ask for a coffee refill. Given the size of the restaurant the wait... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the food which was reasonably priced especially for a hotel. But wine and cocktails are $10 a pop. Has validated parking
