Pint your ordinary gyros. They pack the meat on. One of my favorites whenever I'm in RF. The place could be cleaned a little more. That's why I strictly use the drive through. Will always be back for more.

We hadnt eaten all day and didnt want to stop at a restaurant or any fast food places, so we decided to stop at Uncle Nick's......... my friend knew I liked gyros and decided to stop here. The gyros are HUGE! I could have gotten another slice of bread and had enough meat for another sandwich. I lvoed it. I... More

I was enjoying a beverage next door and this establishment is owned by the same person so they have it where the food can be delivered next door. Since I've had and reviewed a gyro on my last visit, I tried the Italian beef. The roll it was served on was to large by bread volume not length and it... More

Gyros are the only thing I eat here. Flavorful meat. Good portion. Tasty bread. It's a take out stand.

The gyros was ok. They only offer the sandwich and it doesn't have any tomato? The menu board is VERY limited. The greeting at the window was one of I was bothering their day. Fries were good. This place isn't the best in town! Check out Spanky's just a few miles away! It is full service, has an extensive menu,... More

The place looks run down and greasy but you wont find a better gyro in Rockford. Ask anyone who has lived here for more than 10 years they'll tell you the same.

Wow I have been to this one in the picture and go to the other one in the other side of town. I make special trips to go here when traveling. We love going here after a late night out on the town while visiting family.

Cheap, stick to your ribs, good real potato fries. It's a tiny place, near the other fast food in this area, but beats it. We ate at the Wendy's nearby and got sick. This place is worth it. Don't get sidetracked by the funky little building. Go in and get your fix. Skip the baklava. It wasn't all that good,... More

I have tried Gyros at other restaurants and Uncle Nick's is still hands down the best. I always go to the Uncle Nick's in down town Rockford. The place is not much to look at and only enough room for about six people to stand inside while waiting for their orders. But its worth the visit.

Uncle Nicks advertises the best gyros in town, and they used to be, but several other places in town have much better ones. Roast beef is good.
