Two words...Swedish pancakes!

Good food, friendly service. Their Swedish pancakes are simply delicious. A long-standing Rockford restaurant, and for good reason.

We were recently in Rockford due to visiting the area. We had heard about The Stockholm Inn and after following them on Social Media, we knew we had to stop there! Our Swedish Pancakes were delectable and a must have is the addition of the lignonberries! My husband had eggs, hash, and bacon and enjoyed his breakfast as well. Lots... More

Reasonable price good eats and service. I like that much was from scratch. This is up to par with Schaumburg or Chicago best of's - I like the egg salad, fish, chips, egg dishes pancakes. So worth a stop. Sometimes a wait though.

Swedish pancakes are fantastic. Breakfast buffet a good value. One of Rockford's staple places to eat.

Breakfast is a very good experience. Swedish Pancakes are my favorite, as well as the fresh squeezed OJ. Coffee is a little mild for those that like a more robust flavor.

I have asked many locals if they've ever been to Stockholm inn, and surprisingly, many in Rockford have not. I cant understand why. It's such a great Rockford landmark in terms of great places to eat. The food is excellent and Ive never had an issue with the food quality. My only gripe is that the portions are only what... More

I have gone for breakfast numerous times with family and friends. The Swedish pancakes are in my opinion the best in town. You get your own carafe of hot coffee for refills. Service is good and the murals on the walls are beautiful.

Few miles off 39 but I will veer over when I have a chance. I tried the Sunday buffet and was very happy with it. It was a very busy place but the service was still great and it all has a very traditional, family, old fashion quality to it. I loved the coffee too.
