I've been eating at the Stockholm Inn for the past 40+ years. Always good food and friendly people, and especially great for breakfast. Very good Swedish pancakes of course. The place is huge, and can accommodate banquets and meetings as well.

I do not visit Rockford without going to the Stockholm Inn for Swedish pancakes. That means every year around Thanksgiving my family makes the trek (sometimes multiple treks!) to enjoy these amazing pancakes. They are delicious, and in my opinion it's best to order them with extra lingonberries. Of course, they have lots of other things on the menu... but... More

If you like Swedish Pancakes then you will love these lightweight, delicious, mouth watering swedish pancakes. They are awesome with Stockholm's swedish linconberries too.

The Swedish pancakes are light and fluffy and better then regular pancakes by far. Try a ham steak instead of link sausage. You can get a small stack, regular stack or super stack.

This is a nicely decorated, roomy gathering place for friends and family. The menu is extensive and I think the decor is what makes people rave abouth The Stockhol. The food isn't bad but its not anything special either. If you like Swedish pancakes you can get that here and the traditional Swedish/Scandanavian food is also probably what makes people... More

This is a hidden landmark restaurant not to be missed for breakfast. The Swedish pancakes are more like crepes and especially good with fresh Swedish lingonberries. And they know how to prepare eggs the way you like them. The adjoining gift shop has many unique gifts from Scandinavia.

This is the finest breakfast you'll ever have. If you've had Swedish pancakes elsewhere, these will beat them by a mile. If you've never had Swedish pancakes, you'll be addicted at once. And if you're still around at dinner time, their dinners are outstanding for the price. Give them a try if you're in Rockford!

Really enjoy the food variety and great service. Very large menu, it's hard to decide what to order.

Reasonable prices, good service, and tasty food makes Stockholm Inn a Rockford favorite. The breakfast buffet on the weekends offers all you can eat of some of their best sellers: Swedish pancakes with ligonberries (if you wish), the decadent potato bake, sausage and bacon, fruit, and much more. Usually the coffee and other hot drinks are good; the fresh orange... More

The Stockholm Inn was once the best breakfast place in Rockford People lined up out the door! Don't get me wrong, the Swedish Pandcakes are still the best around BUT the eggs, bacon, and sausage are not what they once were. The "eggs" or so they call them are not eggs and the premade and reheated everything else is disappointing... More
