Great view and good food!

We really appreciated the attention to detail that Anthony and Brandon gave to our Celebration of Life Luncheon that was held in Cliffbreaker's banquet facilities. The room was set up as we had requested and every detail was in order. The wait staff were very nice and friendly. The buffet lines... read more

Started off in the bar for a couple drinks while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. No one else in the bar but us. Seated immediately once rest of party showed up to find that the restaurant is completely empty too. On a Friday night. Seated at a nice large table - ordered 2 baskets of calamari... More

This was the first time I had eaten at Cliffbreakers since it changed ownership a while back and was very pleasantly surprised. This chef has it together! He/she has improved on the already very good Cliffbreakers MO. Our party of five started with the Calamari appetizer (which was plenty for all): very lightly breaded and fried calamari and - surprise... More

We stayed at the hotel and received one free appetizer and 20 percent off dining. It was a Thursday night, so it wasn't especially busy. We enjoyed the elegant decor, the river view, and excellent service. We (two parties) ordered a variety of entrees from the menu, all cooked to perfection! Truly a memorable experience.

I've eaten here over the years with family so revisiting always brings back fond memories. They have a great buffet and delicious seafood here on weekends. The location sits high overlooking the Rock River with lots of large windows to take in the view. The staff here works hard to make sure that each visit is pleasant and enjoyable and... More

They do have good food. My wife, our son and I all ate there. Just a smidge on the high side for prices.

I've been coming to Cliffbreakers for years and over the last year the service and food quality have drastically improved. Today I had one of the best steaks I've had in a dining out experience! Keep it up Cliffbreakers. They're back!

We had heard Cliffbreakers had a new chef. He did not disappoint. The food was excellent. We enjoyed every bit of our meal and the service was great. This is one of the finest restaurants in the Rockford area. We cannot wait to return in spring to enjoy the beautiful view

My wife has steak and I salmon. Both dishes were cooked to our satisfaction and the quality was very good. The setting on the banks of the Rock River was romantic and beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The wine and liquor selection was very adequate.
