In town on business

Very well prepared steak on special. Good cold beer and sports, what else can a traveling engineer require?

I was visiting my sister in Quincy and saw on the lighted marquee that the weekend special was stuffed ribeye with blue cheese mashed potatoes. From this I couldn't tell if the ribeye was stuffed with blue cheese, or the cheese was in the mashed potatoes, but either way sounded delicious. Unfortunately, the "stuffing" was onions, spinach, red peppers and... More

Arrived about 6:30 on a Sunday (in fact one of the people arrived a little after 6 p.m). I'd called & unbeknownst to me another person called at about 5 p.m. to make reservations for a table for 6 or 7 - they don't take reservations "but should be no problem" according to the person on the phone. Waited an... More

We just had a meal of appetizers which was filling and delicious for our Christmas party. We only had 3 in our group but was a fun experience. Great atmosphere and privacy too.

Just steps away from the Quincy University campus, this is a better-than-average watering-hole offering delicious food, exceptional service. Here you will find an ambiance reflecting the tasteful appointments of the finest Dublin pub without the after effects of jet lag. The well planned menu offers an appealing selection of appetizers, entrees and sandwiches, satisfying to even the most challenging pallet... More

Great meal, excellent server Desiree. Good dinner specials, easy to find, would definitely eat there again.

The food is your typical barfare with nothing to jump up and down about on the menu. The famed onion blossom is typically over or under cooked...never on target. Many of the other local favs, like the nachos, keep to the bland and boring..as does the whole menu. They'll sling cheap booze at you in an effort to make the... More

We made a couple of mistakes here but were thrilled with the food and the service. We goofed around until 6pm on a Friday night which is when everyone in Quincy came out to eat. We were a party of 6 in a restaurant that had only 2 six person tables. That's nobody's fault but ours, but we drank at... More

Just north of 18th & Broadway on 18th St. Regular bar food. Too noisy at times to enjoy meal. Large menu. More of a bar scene at times.
