If you need to feed your Italian side, then you need to go to Amici's! Ask the chef to whip up something special just for you......done! or simply order off the extensive menu. Love the flatbread pizza & Caesar salad. The Alfredo pasta is the Best!! Veal, anyway you like it. Nightly specials........ you won't be sorry.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. We first went several years ago and it never fails to delight us. Our last visit, which was three months ago, was as welcoming as it usually is. The risotto, which is my all-time favorite dish was once again prepared to perfection. Over the years we have eaten almost everything on... More

I didn't think it could be done, but it has happened...I have a new favorite Italian restaurant. This place is themed like Italy and it is nicely done. The environment is lovely inside. The server was friendly and attentive. My husband enjoyed his food but was not as impressed as I was. My food was the BEST Italian food I... More

We were traveling cross country, and never expected to find such fine Italian food in the middle of Illinois. The food was exceptional, and the service was warm and friendly.

It has been a while since we've visited Amici's. It was amazing. The prices are reasonable, and the menu is amazing. I wish there was a main course "sampler" because so many items sounded good. I look forward to going back soon!

I travel quite a bit around the US and my meal at Amici's was one of the best vegan Italian meals I've had, and I eat at a lot of Italian restaurants (including Olive Garden, Amerigos, Carrabbas, etc.). The tomato sauce with rigatoni, mushrooms, and spinach was excellent, and the inexpensive garden salad was also very good. I ate at... More

Good food server by a friendly and efficient staff. Close to feeling like a reasturant in Italy. We are frequent customers

Rated this average based on the salad and our two entrees though the dessert was merely average and the service was dismal. Oh, the joy of the internet! Traveling east on I-80 we might never have known of Amici’s in Peru Illinois, but through the net and Tripadvisor, we not only found out about it, but located and visited it.... More

Since it opened, Amicis has been my favorite restaurant in this area. I have been twice lately with different groups of eight and both times, upon reading the menu, someone has said 'my mouth is watering already'. The margherita flatbread and fried ravioli were delicious and good appetizers for sharing. The calamari the same as any other restaurant. I enjoyed... More

Wonderful ambiance and the food was great! It felt like Italy in the middle of Illinois. I had risotto with Salmon and tomato cream sauce. Great for Gluten Free. The Spinach and Cheese Ravioli were excellent. Fresh made pasta. Ceiling lights appear like stars. Murals cover the walls Can't wait to go back again. The owners and people who worked... More
