I've been here twice and have had great experiences both times. Service has always been good, and the food is really decent for a small midwestern Indian restaurant. Some highlights include their tea, mango ice cream, coconut chutney. more
Dont be fooled by the dingy old looking furniture. It is great!! I could eat there weekly!! The service was great. The only downside is that they have a minimum to charge on credit card which is more than one persons meal. So bring cash or buy a friends meal its worth it!! more
Sizzling India has a great buffet with a nice variety of chicken and vegetarian dishes along with the occasional lamb dish. I've been there several times and though some things seem to be perennial like the tandoori chicken, the other items rotate so you can go back often and have different things. Great food for Peoria. Not the best Indian in the world, but not bad at all. more
A bit on the expensive side, but the kind of flavors you'll experience at this place will be well worth it after having your palate dulled after weeks of cafeteria food. Love the nan bread. more
