Great Irish pub near the river!

Kellahers is a classic Irish bar with a great ambiance inside and out - a Peoria must-visit. The inside of the bar is all brick and nice wood paneled walls (the fancy kind, not the trailer park kind)... The food is fantastic bar food, and the beer and drink selection is great. The outdoor eating... read more

Great place for Beer. They change the selection every month so have something for all tastes. The Irish Breakfast was great, but the toast needed a little more toasting.

Atmosphere and food are both excellent. The crab cake crunchers for an app are SO delicious. I dont stray far from my favorite, the grilled pork chop sandwich and waffle fries. Great food every time. BBQ sauce is delicious here as well. Always have friendly staff. Great place to go for a drink, for dinner, or a party. Have had... More

This is a great place to go grab a local brew. Nice little brewery on the river. Fun to go with a friend or if you are in town on business. If you are staying downtown, take a stoll towards the river and stop in and try one of their local distilled beers.

Kelleher's is a very popular restaurant in Peoria! I've seen Members of Congress, radio personalities, Bradley Braves coaches and many more in just a few trips. The food is great, the service is swift, the location is central... What more can you ask for?

I lunched here with high school classmates. The service was fast, friendly and informal (this is the Midwest!), A wide selection of beers and nice dishes for the male carnivore.

Decent fish and chips that almost bring you to the green island plus an impressive collection of very good beers, including three Belgian Chimay Trappist Ales. The food would not exactly be impressive if you were in, say Milan or Copenhagen, but is a pretty good for Peorian standards.

The drinks were many and varied, with drafts, IPA, bottled, and cocktails. The food was excellent and flavorful, with excellent Irish food selections on the menu. Outside dining was available when I went with a ton of available parking. It is next to the river, but it is set back a ways from the water and there is a building... More

I needed a place to host our club and seeing most of us are British or Australian we thought it would make a really nice change to try this Irish Pub. Was that ever the wrong choice to make! It wasn't a bother that we were placed as far back in the restaurant as you can get because I thought... More

Ample free parking, delightful atmosphere both indoors and outdoors but the real attraction is all the wonderful craft beers. We had a large party and the server was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Full Irish menu, with colcannon, Irish stew, Shepard's pie, and an assortment of regular bar food. Main dining area was really noisy but we sat in... More
