Good pub, good food

My wife and I went here in mid-January. She had a chicken pot pie... I had the burger with the bacon mixed inside. Good food - lively atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

People are very friendly and the food is really great. Along the Peoria Riverfront that has a historical quality for this town.

Recommended to me from someone that used to live in the area. Perfect Guinness pour, friendly bartender, did not feel awkward eat alone as I was on business. I'd like to go back in the daytime to see the area but seemed like a quaint part of town

Made me as if I was back in Ireland! Cool atmosphere. They offered my favorite Irish beer - Kilkenny - that you can only find in a few pubs in the USA. The food was ok, not exceptional. It was a bit loud, so if you are looking for a nice quiet place this wouldn't be it. If you want... More

Tried the fish and chips. I was very disappointed with the fish. For an Irish Bar I would expect something close to the English version, this was no where near and over cooked. On the plus side, great beer selection. The Guinness 1759 was superb.

I adore Kelleher's!! Gorgeous bar as you walk in, cozy booths and tables, friendly wait staff and authentic Irish fare. My absolute favorite meal is the Irish Coddle with soda bread and whipped butter, and a perfectly poured Guinness. On my birthday I indulge in the Bailey's Cheesecake for dessert. Kelleher's also offers many events throughout the year from Irish... More

If you want a friendly bar for a drink and a burger try Kelleher's. A big old brick building provides a great foundation for tons of old stuff hanging all over everywhere. All this combines to give a relaxed warm atmosphere which is appreciated just like the food. The food is above average although there is nothing exotic or unique... More

The drinks were delicious, especially the strawberry beer. Food was excellent too! The half-and-half burger and waffle fries tasted great as leftovers the next day. Service was excellent. Very quick but not bothersome.

What a find. Right by the river. This place was amazing. It had a little 3 seasons room out front with a fire place. I loved the brick walls. We hung out at the bar and the service was amazing. Can't wait to go back when we have time to try the food. Will definitely be back!!
