I am a tough reviewer. I like a clean place with attentive service that's available, but not hovering. This menu is wonderful, the specials are creative, and the service was great! I had the veal picatta, YUM! But the cream of Pea soup was fantastic. Not split Pea, cream of Pea! Hubby had the ahi special and he loved the... More

I have worked in Oregon for years and have heard how good the food was, so I took my wife and kids there for Mother's Day. It was a very good experience! The food was very good. My lasagna was chocked full of meat and was delicious. My kids each got chicken fettincie alfredo. They both stated the chicken was... More

Excellent. You will not be disappointed. One of my favorite places to go. Can't go wrong with any meal. If u like mussels, have the appetizer... U can't get mussels like that anywhere even close to here. And you have to try the homemade deserts. Can't pick one... They are amazing, keep going back until u have tried them all!

We have eaten here a couple over the last few years. We here tonight to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the Parika Shrimp and my wife had egg plant. Serving size of shrimp was ok (5) these were large but not jumbo size, linguini was a little or over a serving, also had mushrooms, onion, diced tomatoes in a... More

great food in a fairly small restaurant, but cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Really good food, (medium priced), Their pasta dishes are outstanding! Great service, staff is friendly and knowledgable(I hope I spelled that right) A pleasure to eat there .We always ask for a table in the bar room , which has a fireplace and antique dining tables.

We recently had a delicious dinner at La Vigna. It is a small place on the outskirts of Oregon, Illinois, and doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside it is a delightful surprise. Excellent service and the ambiance is cozy and quaint but elegant, too. As others have mentioned, the bread and olive oil is a wonderful way to... More

We visit La Vigna on special occasions and it's always a wonderful experience. Cozy and quaint atmosphere. Super great menu - the Veal is my all time favorite and the piping hot bread served w/ dipping oil is a very nice touch. Great service and staff.
