I recently visited the Chicago area and went to Petey's Bungalow for dinner with a party of 9. Everything from the appetizers to the main entrees we ordered were excellent. I recently visited Petey's Bungalow for the first time. I think I would go back if in the nieghborhood. The food was okay, but then again I only paid 12 dollars for a complete pork chop dinner. The chops were nothing fantastic, but he price made up for it. They do bring a large assortment of complimentary relish trays, so... more

It is definately a neighborhood restaurant- in an old converted bungalow. Steaks are great- if you are in the area- or visiting someone at Christ Hospital give it a try. One of the oldest restaurants in Oak Lawn. more

The volume of food is high, but the quality of the food and the preparation certainly leave much to desire. The prices vary from 12 to 25 per person without drinks, and it is just a waste to come here. The rooms are overcrowded and cramp--two of our table of six had to get up each time the table next... more
