A Perfect Meal

I gave a four star overall because they will only seat you if everyone in your party is there and unfortunately there is no where to stand and wait and not get trampled on by folks coming through the door. But once we were seated...the evening turned around. Steak fritte all around with several... read more

This restaurant, was a nice and unexpected surprise. We discovered it while driving through the Oakbrook Maul. It reminded me of Paris in both the cuisine and the service. Many of the folks seated around us were there when we arrived and most still there when we departed. Very typical of a Parisian café, where you can enjoy both the... More

This was my first time to visit this restaurant. I enjoyed the food a lot. Soup is creamy, light and tasty. The main dish and dessert are also super good. The waitress is friendly and polite. The entire restaurant carries a sense of heritage. It is a great place for good food and good time.

I went there for the first time with friends and had a wonderful dinner. I had several standards, French onion soup, steak au poivre and an apple galette. Every bite was delicious. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

My husband and I are counter bums so we prefer the bar vs a table and the bartender has been there 10 plus years. The chef Bruce makes absolutely the Best Dover Sole Only on Friday nites, our Favorite!!!! They also have a Wonderful Souffle' flavors vary week to week on both Friday & Saturday's. This is by far one... More

Ate here while in town for a convention. I had steak bordelaise, quite tasty and tender. The fries were very thin, a bit overdone. Companion had onion soup, which she said was excellent. Service was okay, and the price was reasonable.

Have dined many times at this location for Mon Ami. Very solid food- the onion soup - very good. One of the few places you can find skate- which is a great dish.

Great food, great service. Excellent wine selection and the bar tender is the BEST!!!! Very romantic restaurant. My waitress was very attentive. One of my favorite places to eat when I am in Oak Brook.

Took advantage of Restaurant Week to try this restaurant. Nice regular menu with a good French wine list, however some were a bit pricey for this setting. Busy but well organized. Liked the way the seating was designed. Despite being crowded, you never really felt it and could easily carry on a conversation without shouting! Service was good and the... More

This review is for brunch. The food was great but the service was slow and our waiter was unfamiliar with the menu. My friend asked for a description of the Eggs Benedict Florentine Style and he got it confused with the regular benedict. He couldn't remember which one had ham and which had spinach. Eggs benedict is a standard brunch... More
