Everything is great here.....consistently....food...service...ambiance! Adan is the BEST server they have as he is attentive...friendly...and makes sure you are happy! We have been going here for several years and we have never had a bad experience. Our favorite meal is the Gnocchi Bolognese, but they have tasty risotto and other dishes that will not disappoint. We have had a few... More

We visited Antico Posto recently after a visit earlier this year where we had an exceptional visit. So with excitement we went back, and sadly, this visit was no where near as nice as the last time. I am not sure if it was the server we had, who was not very attentive, to the food, something was just off.... More

The food and service was very good and to find this little gem at a mall is wonderful! We ate at the bar but the service was still awesome with Arnold for the bartender.

I've never had a bad meal at Antico. The food is excellent and the service is great. The red sauce is really good and so is the Italian pot roast. If you like thin crust you will like their pizza. I recommend the spicy sausage. For dessert you have to try the gelato. Pistachio is my favorite. I have never... More

After a verrrry long absence due to the hideous noise level, we tried it again on a late Sunday evening and loved our experience. The kale/date salad was sensational and honestly, the eggplant parmagiano was sublime. My husband loved the homemade fettucine with smoked chicken. Cheerful server, used our LEY points for a really good meal. We'll be back.

Crowded and noisy just about every time I come here, but the food totally makes up for it. As close to the food I love in Rome as I have found in the Chicago suburbs. Definitely not a red sauce joint. Not inexpensive, but the quality makes it worth it. Salads, pasta, pizza all terrific.

Many thanks to Angela for recommending this restaurant for lunch today. It was one of the best lunches I have ever had and we would not have known it existed since it's tucked around a corner away from many of the shops. We went with the intent of leisurely enjoying several items while sampling a variety of the 3 ounce... More

Went to this restaurant for the first time last night, and was very disappointed. First of all, it was PACKED and very noisy, so I assumed it would be great. Service was a little slow, and the veal meatballs I had were hard and a little overdone on the outside. The chocolate pudding cake dessert was great, however. Tables were... More

Went to our go to place in the burbs, as a final touch for a great weekend at the beach. Again, a waiter that we couldn't understand. English "not too good". Wife had asparagus lemon ravioli and I had a favorite mushroom gnocchi. The ravioli were barely a quarter inch high and filled with tasteless ricotta (barely a hint of... More

They have wonderful Italian food and is nicely "hidden" from the main part of the mall. The food is quite flavorful with a pleasant atmosphere. For some dishes, like the Chicken Raguso, the pasta is not included but the flavor of the meal is superb! I recommend reservations as it can get pretty crowded.
