Stopped by in this busy little spot for lunch. Had a great grilled chicken salad. Good atmosphere, busy lunch location with mainly business folk.

Went to brunch on Saturday. Ordered the skirt steak. You needed to be a pit bull to chew it and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. Daughters macaroni looked/tasted like the stuff you buy in a box. The chicken cutlet has some messy looking topping on it that was just marginal. Plus, their service is horrible. I particularly do... We haven’t tasted such pure food since we visited Vermont last year. Furthermore, my husband’s potato soup was light and fresh, as was my beet-pear-chèvre-hazelnut salad. He marveled that his fish tasted fresh-caught, a happy surprise in fish and chips. The fried tempura batter was perfect. He loved his apple slaw. My crispy half duck was nicely done, and the... More

I have been here many times, and each time the food and service have been excellent. Many of the menu items change with the seasons, so there isn't always the same items every visit. In addition to the regular menu, there are always specials in each category. I have been here for dinners and weekend brunches. Always a great meal... More

Restaurant is a great place for a quiet dinner that will not cost an arm and a leg. Hamburgers are great - 2-1 on either Tuesday or Wednesday night. Service is great and I highly recommend it

Been here before for brunch, but never wrote a review. Had brunch here last week, before heading to Botanical Gardens. Quite simply, everything was excellent. I created my own omelet, my wife had the chilaquiles, and my daughters split classic Benedict and lemon/ricotta pancakes. Everything was served fresh and hot. Warm syrup for the pancakes, which they didn't even need.... More

Seven members of our family gathered for Sunday brunch at the Prairie Grass Cafe. The service was excellent, the food was prepared in a timely manner. Everyone had a different meal and all were thoroughly satisfied. In addition, the restaurant decor is an homage to Frank Lloyd Wright and is conducive to an enjoyable experience
