Paul and Irene always have the freshest sushi and the best service. Paul is a true artist and will accede to almost any request. I've been to a bunch of 'high end' or fancy sushi places around the country and world and Fujiyama, right in my own backyard, is always the absolute best!

We’ve been devoted customers of this restaurant for more than 10 years. What is really amazing about this place is the consistency – the food is ALWAYS exceptionally fresh and tasty.

this is the best sushi I have had outside japan! Try the tuna hand rolls. Ask Irene what else to try, always new things on the menu.
