We went to Morton's to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is located on the North Shore, so appropriate dress should be considered. The drinks are expensive, but well made. The Ahi Tuna Tower appetizer is incredible and should not be missed. The steaks are delicious, but I would recommend trying the lamb chop with mint jelly - sounds gross, but... More

The food and drinks at Morton is the best on the North Shore of Chicago. The crab meat cocktail is the best I have ever had.

We go there for special birthdays. The steak is excellent and the service is good. There is often a special available.

Wicked prices, but that's by choice; you do not have to go there, but $11 for a baked potato, that comes with $40-50+ meat dish, is a sin, and we could not see the prices for sides. While most restaurants include salad, soup, or potato in a main dish, these crooks charge $11 for it, and, I am sure, they... More

Pricey is a good word to describe dinner. Everything is a la carte and some appetizers seemed to be priced as much as the entrees. We ordered the special which was a bone-in filet mignon. That was a first for me, and in the future, I think I'll just stick with a regular filet. It did come with baked garlic... More

Way too pricey, I've had better steak from outback. I think if you are paying $50 for a steak it should have some flavor and be cooked to the correct temperature. Very disappointed!

We went for a birthday celebration with a family of eight. With restaurant week special menu, we thought it would be a good opportunity to try it since we've never been there. It was so noisy that it was not conducive to conversation. The only beef on the special menu was a 6 oz filet and it was not near... More

Morton's is one of the oldest steakhouses the one downtown must be over 30 years old.Today it is very expensive for what you get. Try Gibsons.

Going to a steakhouse for Christmas Eve dinner has become our family's tradition. This year, we decided to make a change from the restaurant we typically go to and, instead, give Morton's a try. We've been at Morton's in the past and we've always enjoyed it. For this special occasion, Morton's did not disappoint. The dining room was full, making... More

Great bar scene...with some absolutely delicious bar bites. We had a wonderful table and had the prime cheeseburgers, the truffle parm fries and a few cocktails. Yum...
