The staff is friendly, usually. But the food taste like it was produced at a supplier, such as GFS or Sams club. Very bland. Large portions don't make up for low quality. I'm out!

We use to eat and order from here all the time. It has gone downhill. The taste is not as good as it once was. It is not as clean as it once was either.

I enjoy going to East China Inn. They have great lunch specials. I usually don't rate my food on quantity, I much prefer quality but I think ECI has both. The lunch is enough for me to bring home for another meal. I have tried other locations but I don't feel any are as good as the Oak St. location.

We have tried different meals from the menu and all were delicious. The amount of food for the price is not bad either. We usually have dinner here before going to our monthly support group meeting and we even take out the appetizer platter and bring to our meeting to share.

Have been going to the East China Inn in North Aurora for several years. There is a new looking menu but the quality of the food and the value are still excellent. The service was a little slower this time but it was a server we had never seen before this evening. Everything has been consistent and it would be... More

The food and service at East China Inn in North Aurora are very good. Generous portions. Price for food is a good value. Nice atmosphere. There is a large fish tank that children enjoy looking at.

Use all white meat in sweet and sour chicken. High quality food. We get food to go at least twice a month. Quick and best quality Chinese food around.

I have been going to East China Inn for over ten years and today has by far been the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered for take out 15 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait 10 additional minutes inside. The cashier was less than helpful when I inquired about how much longer I would have to... More

This is the North Aurora branch of a small chain (maybe 3 or 4 stores?) I've been going there for more than 20 years, and it is reliably delicious. The menu is extensive. Eat in or take away. Full bar service

There was nothing special about this restaurant. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and crag ragoon. The Tso's was standard in flavor but the portion size was huge. Enough for three people. The ragoon's were also massive. Overall an okay place to eat when nothing sounds good.
