We love Mexican food and great margaritas. This restaurant was close to our hotel and we were very pleased with the food and drinks. The fajitas were presented over a burner to keep the food hot with more variety of veggies than typical. We shared one meal and it was plenty! The service was very good as well. We would... More

Went on a weekday late on the buffet. I found the food to be unkept and not very appetizing. The price was about $7.00.

I've been to another Las Palmas location, and this one is much brighter inside. So much so that they don't bother to turn the lights on during the day. But the decor is a bit dated. Since the lunch buffet was only $7.99, and most entrees are at/above that price, we decided to try the buffet. All of the food... More

If you let it, Las Palmas can be the Mexican version of Cheers. All the servers, Matilda, Michael, Nicholas, Carlos, Christina, Patricia have become family to us. And then there is Efrain, the manager who always welcomes us. I've saved the best for last. There is no better bartender than Cesar.

This is the first and only review I've ever written for ANYTHING. The service was so terrible it has compelled me to write this review at 12 am after leaving early from this resturant. My girlfriend and I wanted to go some place new and different. We also wanted to listen to live music. We were greeted warmly at the... More

I've been to Las Palmas a number of times since they opened in '94, with the exception of a few years when out of state. Food consistently decent & well prepared & presented, if uninspired (American Mexican fare, lots of meat) generous portions makes for good value (Glasses too small requiring too many refills/interruptions of the party) staff attentive and... Good Mexican food it tough to come by in this area. Las Palmas should be avoided, as with the places in Downtown Naperville. However, I can recommend Yerbabuena in Lisle, which is only a few miles away.

Big portions but bland food. Really average. Cheesy atmosphere. Decent staff, but the place was nearly vacant so we expected fast service.

So, we went with a groupon on a Sunday night. We read good reviews about the buffet. It was late on a Sunday night, so I called to confirm how late they served it. The time is later than they advertise on the website. So, we went. The food was good, especially the shrimp. However, as I went back for... More

My wife and I went here for dinner since we had a BOGOF coupon. Their food is very average and I would not go back and pay full price. I had the chicken flauta dinner and my wife had the beef chimichanga dinner. Both of these came with rice and beans and we both asked for it with no beans.... More
