This is the first and only review I've ever written for ANYTHING. The service was so terrible it has compelled me to write this review at 12 am after leaving early from this resturant. My girlfriend and I wanted to go some place new and different. We also wanted to listen to live music. We were greeted warmly at the... More

I've been to Las Palmas a number of times since they opened in '94, with the exception of a few years when out of state. Food consistently decent & well prepared & presented, if uninspired (American Mexican fare, lots of meat) generous portions makes for good value (Glasses too small requiring too many refills/interruptions of the party) staff attentive and... Good Mexican food it tough to come by in this area. Las Palmas should be avoided, as with the places in Downtown Naperville. However, I can recommend Yerbabuena in Lisle, which is only a few miles away.

Big portions but bland food. Really average. Cheesy atmosphere. Decent staff, but the place was nearly vacant so we expected fast service.

So, we went with a groupon on a Sunday night. We read good reviews about the buffet. It was late on a Sunday night, so I called to confirm how late they served it. The time is later than they advertise on the website. So, we went. The food was good, especially the shrimp. However, as I went back for... More

My wife and I went here for dinner since we had a BOGOF coupon. Their food is very average and I would not go back and pay full price. I had the chicken flauta dinner and my wife had the beef chimichanga dinner. Both of these came with rice and beans and we both asked for it with no beans.... More

To give the restaurant it's due we went on Cinco de Mayo. Fortunately we got there early and were seated right away. However the place quickly filled up and this caused the service to be slow. The food was good, had chicken fajitas which were plentiful and tasty, you won't walk away from here hungry. The prices were reasonable, atmosphere... More

We ate at Las Palmas for lunch and had their buffet special. I'm not usually a fan of lunch buffets, but this one looked great. We were very happy with the choices on the buffet. The food was fresh and there were numerous different mexican dishes available. They even had hot wings, fried chicken, and fried fish available. It was... More

My husband and I eat regularly at Las Palmas. It's good Mexican food at a good price and the quantity of food served is amazing. Our huge plates were overflowing with food, leaving plenty to take home and eat the following day. Michael is the best waiter at Las Palmas, hands down. Ask for a table in his section. He... More

My wife and I had dinner here several times. The food used to be good a few years ago but has really slipped in both quality and taste. We recently had dinner at Las Palmas Mundelein but the food there was even worse! Based on four consecutive bad experiences at Las Palmas we are done eating at Las Palmas. We... More
