My husband and I went for our first time and had a coupon. Our server (female, first initial M) did what she was supposed to do as far as explaining the fondue process etc, but wasn't very pleasant. Almost appeared that she didn't want to be there. I ordered an $8.00 glass of wine and she brought that to me... More

It really is an experience. The food is good even though it is very pricey. There was 4 of us on a check and our bill was $270 and only two of us had drinks. The service was disappointing. We had reservations, but it took 10 minutes to be seated then we waited 5 minutes for anyone to talk to... More

I've wanted to try The Melting Pot for a long time, but have always felt it was too expensive. Thanks to a special offer, we tried it last night. On the plus side, it's a different kind of meal. It can be more leisurely, because you spend time dipping, even cooking your main dish items. They have 3 and 4... More

Went here for a birthday party with my daughter and her inlaws. 8 people packed into an area designed for no more than 4 max. Allowed only two fondue pots. The quality of the meats, fish and vegetables was at best average. The servers tried heroically to make it acceptable but had too much too overcome. The cost of the... More

The place was beautiful and the bar area was cozy. We were there on a week night and it did not seem busy, yet our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed or in a hurry. I went with a group of 6, 4 adults, and 2 kids and our waitress did not appear to be happy to have us in her... More

Hubby and I wanted to try a new restaurant and was told about this place through a friend and although I drive by this place quite often I never gave it a second look, especially not fully understanding what fondue was. They have a great couples portion which includes appetizer, 2 meal entree, and dessert. We started out with a... More

I had been there a few times before and honestly I wasn't impressed. This time though was much better. We had a groupon which helped with the cost. Even with the groupon it cost almost 100 dollars (50 for the groupon plus drinks tax and tip). The service was great and the food was much better. I do still think... More

It is a little pricey for me, but they do have weekday specials that can make it more affordable. The full course is the way to really enjoy the place with a nice bottle of wine. The cheese starter is great and I enjoyed the seafood the most for main dish. The atmosphere is quite and romantic. Service is great.

Pros: You get to eat. Cons: Everything else. First of all, my Livingsocial app wasn't working for some reason (WTH??!!) which made me semi-frantic come bill time, but luckily I had saved my confirmation email for this place or it would have cost me a FORTUNE!! That being said, I will NOT be returning to this restaurant! I LOVE fondue... More

We were excited to find a Melting Pot in our neighborhood, usually love them! What a huge disappointment, even at a groupon discount price! It took 15 minutes between courses! What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a 2 1/2 nightmare! Food was decent..but not worth the wait!!
