I think the thin crust pizza is excellent, service consistant good, bright, open and airy, but not loud. you can talk to the members of your group with elevating your volume. The large pizza a little small and takes about 25 mins. to bake. Worth the wait, outstanding quality and taste. I am not equally crazy for the pan pizza... more

We choose Lou Malnati's after several recommendations for their pizza and seeing several specials on the restaurant on the Food Network. We ordered 3 things. Although we've gotten carryout recently, we haven't been to the restaurant in years. The wait (on a Sat. night) was ridiculous. At 6:30 we were told it would be 55 minutes--it turned into almost 90. Our waitress was close to worthless--very slow, uninformed, no water brought, etc. After what seemed an inordinate amount of time, we inquired where the pizza... more

We were seated by an unfriendly waitress who got our order wrong and rushed us through our meal even though there was plenty of available seating. Go to Giordano's around the corner instead!!! more
