Not Enough Wait Staff

We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and had decided we didn't need reservations at 1:00PM. When we saw our daughter and her friend waiting, I said looks like we needed reservations. No, she said not enough servers. There were many tables available, but no one to serve them. Maybe they have... read more

This was our first time here and the waiter was very attentive to our needs, my sister doesn't tolerate garlic well (yes I know Italian restaurant) he explained everything that was available to her. The chef made her a special meal using no garlic. This made our night. Thank you we will come back when we are in the area.... More

I visit this restaurant often whether in Naperville or on the road. I can always count on a great meal! They start you with warm bread served with olive oil and special seasonings, and their Caesar salad is the freshest, coldest, and best tasting I've ever had. Love the crab cake appetizer and although all of their dishes are spectacular,... More

First time visiting this restaurant, and probably my last. Restaurant got very busy right after we were seated. Server was very courteous and helpful. Took quite a while to get our entree and mine was not very hot. My sirloin steak was very chewy and the chicken breast was kinda dry. My wife enjoyed her entree.

The food and service are dependable. If you've been to one Carrabba's you've generally been to them all. With that said, this is one of the older units in the chain. The interior is looking tired and is in need of a make over. However, when we go here, it's to enjoy what we feel is going to be a... More

We don't have a Carrabbas near us so we were looking forward to dinner. The food was good until a gnat flew right by or out of my daughter's ravioli. We don't think it flew out of it because it could never have survived the heat, but it did create a loss of appetite for her. We trapped it under... More

Have eaten here a number of times - only real complaint, the Cesear salad is terrible. The seasons on the food are great and the desserts are also very good. service is friendly. Definitely worth the trip

Privileged to be invited to a tasting, and what fun it was. We were able to enjoy tastings of 6 different, delicious entrees, as well as a signature cocktail, appetizer and dessert. All were delicious and we look forward to returning to enjoy some of these awesome offerings.

Visited Carrabba's for the first time in 5+ years. I would say it is still mediocre at best. Up until my dinner entree everything tasted quite good...bacon & caramelized onion flatbread appetizer, bread and oil, and soup & salad. I got the lobster ravioli and my boyfriend got the seafood cannelloni. I was very disappointed in my selection. The ravioli,... More

This was our first time to this location in about a year and it seems like things have really slipped. After waiting for a table to be cleaned(there were about 7 dirty tables empty) we were seated and proceeded to wait about 10 minutes. Once our waiter came over we sat and waited for drinks, salads and then our meals... More
