Don't come if your not hungry

Small deli located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Atmosphere warm and inviting with very friendly out going staff. Lots to choose from on menu and the quality of our food was outstanding. The bowls of chicken soup & matzo ball and/or with kreplach were delicious starters. Our corned beef... read more

Heard about this place and their invention of smakon... bacon made from beef... so had to give it a try. Interesting look, smell, texture to say the least. Pretty convinced I was actually eating fried corned beef. Not seeing a winner here

It's great to have a delicatessen as good a Schmaltz in the Naperville area. Got a couple of sandwiches for take-out: a corned beef (#5, Wall Street) and Reuben (#14, Sloppy Paul). Even the ‘half stuffed’ sandwiches have quite a bit of meat. The sandwiches were first rate, better than any other in the area. Each sandwich came with a... More

Okay, maybe it's the only deli I've ever been to.....I've lived out in the country too long. I was thrilled with the sights, smells, and great food. We commented on how we don't get enough diversity in my little town. I had the half-size #5 reuben and loved the bread, mustard, and pile of corned beef. My son had a... More

Love this place! Wish it were closer to me. Also, SCHMACON!!! For those that don't know about Schmacon, it's beef's answer to bacon. Add it to your sandwich to give it a try. Or you can buy them by the pound there. The sandwiches may be pricey but you do get what you pay for and the staff are always... More

My experience with this establishment is strictly based on bagel consumption -- and I heartily recommend their bagels. The employees are friendly and helpful.

We come here often when my husband needs his corned beef fix. He says it compares to his mother's which says a lot. He said it's even better than a well known deli in New York City!

Their portions are HUGE! If you are hungry for authentic New York deli sandwich, look no further. This is the place to check out. A great place to have in the neighborhood!
