The place to eat in Moline!

The service is outstanding. The food delicious. The dining experience perfect. I had the 6 oz. filet and it was cooked just as I ordered and very good. The sides were good as well, had the blue cheese potatoes and brussel sprouts, unfortunately the grilled asparagus was chewy and burned. The... read more

On our first visit, we walked into the restaurant on a Friday evening without reservations. The hostesses were quick to greet us and we opted to sit at the bar. They rearranged patrons so that the 3 of us could sit next to each other. The atmosphere is old school, private club, bar - the rolling ladder, dark wood, hooks... More

My husband and I live in Moline and this is one of our favorite restaurants. We travel a lot and have lived in many different places so we do have a basis of comparison. For Moline, this is an expensive restaurant, however I believe it is well worth the price. In any large city this would still be considered a... More

I had the Lobster tail, cheddar soup and another side. The food was delicious, especially the soup. A gentleman named Josh was my server and he made sure out had a wonderful meal. Although it is a steak house, the seafood was incerdibly good.

Bass Street was recommended to us so we thought we'd give it a try as we celebrated our 35th Anniv. We both started with soup, she the cold cucumber and me the lobster chowder. After a round of "this is so good you've got to taste some" we finished and had the bowls been more shallow I'd have embarrassed myself... More

We went to The Bass Street Chop House for our Anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed. The Pecan Crusted Salmon with Mango Chutney was excellent. The steamed asparagus was just right. For dessert we had Three berry Sorbet with a cup of coffee. An excellent ending to a delicious meal. This was our first visit to this restaurant. It will... More

Simply put, this place is totally overpriced. The portions are way too big, and the healthy selections narrow. Will not return.

The steaks are very good here, but I really enjoy the salmon in the wine sauce. The flavor is excellent! Restaurant is a little on the pricy-side, but the food is worth the cost. Parking is a little bit of a problem; have to park across the street and walk over. Not bad in the good weather, but winter isn't... More

I will never be returning to Bass Street again after the way they just treated my mother. Last time my mom and I dined here we had a wine we absolutely loved. This past weekend for Mother's Day, the bartender allowed us to buy a bottle of that same wine to take home because we couldn't find it anywhere else.... More

We had a group of 14 and had a great dinner in one of their private rooms. Food was delicious, although both steaks at our table were under-cooked, and the service was great.
