Stopped in for lunch. I had the tomato stuffed with chicken salad which was excellent. They put something in the chicken salad that makes for a unique, delicious taste. My husband went straight for dessert.....turtle sundae. He loved it. The atmosphere is so fun and the service is great. Definitely worth stopping by when you are in the area.

My family and I learned of Lagomarcino's after taking a tour of the Deere-Wiman house and Butterworth Center (both a must see!). Our guide, Gretchen, was a former Hoosier like us and pointed us in this direction. The shop is small, but so cute. It has been in the family business for over 100 years! They make their own chocolates... More

Great old fashioned turn of the century places. Old time candy and soda fountain, just plain fun. The chocolate is always a stop for the Hot Chocolate Run, and always get a candy apple Yummm!

Back in town for a gathering of the clan and this was a must stop in Moline. Everything is handmade and the quality and care in preparation and serving has withstood the test of time. The malt we shared was the best ice cream of the trip and will be come mandatory on future visits.

My family and I stopped in on a recent trip to the area. My son and I ordered the hot fudge sundae and my wife and son shared the tin roof sundae. My wife and son enjoyed the tin roof and my son and I really enjoyed the hot fudge sundae. I liked being able to add more hot fudge... More

I eat lunch there at least once a week. The food and service is consistently outstanding or I would not return. It has "style and class" and it is reasonably priced. Occasionally it may be busy due to a bus load of tourists, but is still the best family dining in Moline.

Attempted to get ice cream here but didn't even end up ordering before we walked out. My sister in law was there with my husband before I got there and she ordered for her and her children and it took her about 20 minutes to get just part of her order which was just 3 dishes of ice cream, not... I picked up a sampler pack when in town (I'm originally from the area but have been gone for 25 years). Usually, I try to pick up sponge candy but decided to try something new. As usual, the selection is excellent making choices difficult. I have never had lunch here, but may have to try it sometime when back to... More

Log's used to be a good place to get a sandwich lunch, but its has too high a price for little plain ole sandwich and on top of that their politics don't suit us. They entertained a high level politician a couple years ago and that did not suit our taste, so we haven't stopped in since.
