My husband and I are always on the hunt for the best reuben sandwich in the midwest and the Vandereuben is in the top three! It's a nice little neighborhood restaurant to have a quick lunch at, Our waitress was friendly and made some funny small talk about my husband not being able to polish off his gigantic sandwich. Speaking... More

Rootbeer on tap. Have a float. (2nd best reuben I ever ate! LOL). A nice pre concert stop to avoid bridge traffic to the I Wireless.

When we arrived at the lunch hour there was only one table for us to choose from to sit down at. One of the waitresses angrily begain brushing crumbs off the table when we sat down. She seemed to be annoyed that she had a table. She nudged my arm to place a menu in front of me. When ordering,... More

A relaxing and casual place to enjoy lunch or dinner with friends or family. Homebaked bread and the biggest Reubens I have ever seen!!!! Try the Reuben on Rain bread, but be sure to bring a huge appetite or a friend for sharing. Restaurant also features craft beers.

Amazing soup and it's different every day. Their sandwiches are huge, they take up the whole plate and they are delicious. I recommend the reuben!!

I come to this place every year for St. Paddy's day. They serve up some great corn beef and cabbage. I have been coming to this restauant since I was a child and love it. They have a signature ruben, but it's just one of the many great things this place offers...

Vandereuben!!! Plan to split this with a friend - the sandwhich is the size of your head! Nice twist on a reuben sandwhich.

There was a time when their rubens were flat out legendary. My friends and I have been disappointed with our last several visits. Perhaps I should have stayed with the traditional favorite, but I don't always want to eat something so heavy. I found the service wanting and just not very friendly. This problem goes all the way back to... More

Neighborhood bar with good pub food. They are famous for their reuben. You will need a doggie bag.
