Good food, great service

The food was very good, service great, & dessert was fantastic. The portions are generous, and prices very reasonable.

Wife and I stopped here on the way back from vacation, due to the high TA rating. We thought the food was just okay. I had the TLP (3 little pigs) and she had pulled pork sandwich. Their service was inattentive and the German chocolate like cake was a waste of money. Won't stop here next time through.

The food is very good. I especially like their Memphis style BBQ. However, it's tough to save enough room for that awesome pie and cake. The strawberry cake is wonderful, the coconut cream pie is excellent and that just scratches the surface.

What a great stop this was!' Home cooking, full menu, great homemade pies, how can you lose!! I had the Elvis sandwich, the bread was awesome. My wife the chicken salad sandwich, made fresh there. We finished off with coconut cream pie and chocolate meringue pie. Teresa our waitress was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant, do not pass this... More

Did not know about this place till I met the owner (maybe it was the manager) while doing business at another location. Since I was in town for business, he recommended going here. I was surprised that I have never known it was ever around as many times I have been to Marion. I showed up during lunch hour. Very... More

Great service, the servers were really attentive and nice. The place is off the beaten path but sometimes that's better. Super clean! Food is o.k. Desserts--amazing

It's become our family tradition to have dinner at Honeybaker's while visiting our daughter down at SIU. Down-home comfort food at its best. The home-baked dinner rolls with honey butter are to die for. Great desserts!
