The food was really good and obviously cooked fresh and not from a can. They have large portions that will leave you with some to take home, so plan for it. The desserts are awesome!

We went here to celebrate a birthday. Yes the food and service are above average. The plates come family style so there will be leftovers. Of course they had a gluten free menu BUT they did not offer any gluten free dishes as an individual dish. Not so great for my family who wanted pasta. There are lots of Italian... More

First, it's odd to walk through a kitchen to get to your table. Didn't like that at all. We ordered cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer. When the waiter came by to ask how it was we said fine. Little did we know the second and remaining pieces were so loaded with garlic it was inedible. I was tasting the... More

Probably best for a family style gathering, not recommended for couples or atmosphere. The food is basic and a tad pricey. Service can be a crap shoot. There are many other area choices to consider that offer more for less.

Have been here several times. Never disappointed with the food, service, and drink. Great place to have family party's. Cost is reasonable.

Good place for a family style meal. Large portions. Average food and service. Casual. Good for a large group of people that want to be loud and rowdy. Not a place for romance.

I attended a family gathering at Buca di Beppo recently. I will definitely try to return when I'm back in the Chicago area. I have very high standards for Italian food, and this did not disappoint. I enjoyed the ravioli in a marinara sauce (perhaps the sauce was a little thin), and sampled a penne in a creamy pesto sauce.... More

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoy the fun atmosphere at Buca di Beppo - for a dinner for two to a large family gathering, this is a place you don't want to miss. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are huge. The Buca salad and garlic bread are fantastic - we often have ordered just the two of... More
