Although we don't care for the pizza, the grinders are awesome! The Steak Delicious is our favorite. The staff is very courteous and the service is quick. We love the text coupons they started to offer, and we take advantage of that as often as we can.

The worker's attitude was terrible and the frontline workers/phone etiquette was poor. Since new management, the workers do not know how to give great customer service. Grinders are always burnt and meat is dry. Would prefer to go to a way better pizza joint and a better sandwich place. You get what you pay for. This place is a disgrace!

ChicaGo grinder needs help. Meat was dry, napkin holder was empty, music was blasting... Taco meat on the nachos was cold.... Sorry I wish I could have left a better review but what I said is the truth.
