This restaurant closed New Years Eve, 2013. We all miss it in Lansing. Food was great. Pizzas were delicious. Very sad it's gone.

Been going here since they opened and never disappointed. All of the food was very good whether you dined in, got carryout or had delivery. Will miss Popolano's and all of the staff. They have a Chesterton, Indiana location which is quite a distance from Lansing, but we are looking forward to visit when the weather breaks.

Three times we have had pizza delivery to our home and three times they have given us the wrong pizza. I mean come on, how do you mess up a thin crust cheese pizza? This used to be one of our favorite places but it has gone down hill. I don't think we will be going back.

I went to this place with family and had a smoke outside before hand, and met "the head cook". A tall lanky guy who reeked of booze. When we gt our food it was damn near inedeble. I ordered some pasta dish and all it was, or seemed like was a bunch of undercooked noodles in cream. My wife ordered... More

This is definitely a favorite of our family. They are a great go to in town and their featured soup; chicken and dumpling; is ALWAYS good. Love their beach bread and most everything on the menu. Nice to have a place to go to locally!

This was our first brunch with popolanos catering at villa cesare. The place looked very nice. Needed two lines to seperate breakfast from lunch. Not a good selection of food overall. The desserts need to be more homemade and not store bought quality. The oj didn't taste like anything. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The ham was cooked... More

A restaurant with a diverse menu often is good with some selections, and weak with others. At Popolano’s, one can order pizza, pasta, beef, sausage, chicken, or seafood, and it all tastes good, whether it’s a an entree, or a sandwich. Start with pizza. The crust is fashioned from homemade dough, and is available in thin crust or as a... More

My husband, a customer who had never visited a Popolano's. Ordered a medium pizza for carry out. He asked for a menu and was told they did not have any. Unknown to him the restaurant offered daily specials. Which was not told to him. We could have received for the same price a large pizza 10 buffalo wings and a... More

They have a very nice lunch menu and there is very little wait at lunch and the service is quick. There can be a wait at dinner but the food is worth it.
