It's been replaced by a spot called Tin Roof under new ownership and management. Menu looks interesting but when I called to ask about craft beer selections, there was little to be had in the bar. Hoping this will be a lasting addition to downtown Joliet.

I went to Nardi's tonight with a friend, and we had the goat cheese and garlic appetizer which was good. Big pieces of garlic. I had never had goat cheese before and liked this dish. I ordered the Lemon chicken with rice pilaf and green beans. The chicken was okay, but the sauce wasn't very lemony. The beans were ok,... More

Chicago-like fine dining and atmosphere at prices a little less than Chicago! Great food and service!

We went for dinner early on a Saturday night, it was slow but the service was good and the mixologist was great at suggesting drinks and pairings based on our tastes and we both enjoyed. The food was a little slow to arrive but was delicious!

With the recent closing of The Department, which was across the street, I was expecting to have found Nardi's somewhat busier for our 6pm supper and a Wednesday evening. We had eaten here before, and the food was okay; my expectation was that they would have stepped of their efforts and lured in some former Department customers. What I found... More

About a block from the Rialto Theatre we found Nardi's. Don't let the tacky lights outside fool you, this place has a cozy atmosphere inside and great food. After trying every appetizer on the menu we settled on Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Good old school recipe. Bartender was very friendly and help us with some selections.

While the Steak was delicious in every way, it was accompanied by the worse roasted RUBBERY potatoes with no flavor. There was no other choice. That is all they offered. I personally love a great Mash potato and my fiance loves his steaks with Baked Potatoes, there were NONE. There was also corn in a small bowl on the side,... More

Found this restaurant through a Groupon. What a fantastic find! The food was great as was the atmosphere and service. What a great gem to stumble upon. I have recommended this place to everyone and will continue to. Definitely plan on coming back.

The food was amazing and the service was warm and attentive. I had the filet medallions which rivaled the best filet mignon I've ever had. My husband had the gnocchi with vodka sauce. A special that delivered on flavor. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was laid back cool. The kind of place you want to just hang out... More

After glancing at the menu for this restaurant that clearly states "American Grill" on the exterior awning, it was clear that this was in fact an Italian restaurant. The selection was good, despite the fact that it was not what we were anticipating. I ordered one of their signature cocktails, which was very good. The pork chop was a little... More
