The presentation of the various steaks table-side prior to ordering seemed a bit old-school and the football on the table with the steaks listed on it was a bit tacky for a nice restaurant. Such an inviting steakhouse my wife and I visited in Chicago. Food tastes excellent but the service was not that fantastic. It's definitely in the pricy side. Atmosphere was great and we definitely enjoyed dining at the Shula's.

I thought it was a bit over priced for what it is. Always heard about Shula's in Miami and was anxious to try this one in Itaska. I was disappointed.

All the food we ordered was very tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful. The steak bites were very good and the steak sandwich as well.

This was pretty expensive and not great. We had two 8oz fillet steaks which were both way over-done (medium rare was well done) and not a very good cut of meat at all. The grilled asparagus and twice baked potatoes were good but average. The dessert tasted like it may have been frozen to start. The waiter was nice enough... More

Nice furnituring, ok service and for sure good steaks. I recently visited the famous Gibson's strakhouse in Chicago downtown and no doubt the ribeye I had at Schula's was much better.

Of course you'd expect Shula's to be expensive, that's no shock as this chain has a decent reputation. My boss and I ate here Sunday night and the server was very friendly and enthusiastic about her work. The room is typical Shula's - tons of football memorabilia, pictures, even a replicate of the Lombardi Super Bowl award from their memorable... More

I can't say enough about the service. They were attentive and very informative. For the price, the food portions were large but underwhelming

Housed within the Westin Northwest Chicago, Shula's provides a typical steak house menu, well made cocktails, good beer menu and, of course, meat carefully prepared as ordered. The meat and sides are particularly noteworthy, better done here than at some other Shula's visited in past years. The staff at this Shula's are also particularly accommodating.
