Good but not up to the usual Shula standard

This Shula's did not live up to the standards of ones I have eaten at in Florida. The main failing was in slow, inattentive service. Nothing horrible, but we had to correct the waitress a number of times and had to flag her down a few times too. The prime rib I had was outstanding as was the onion... read more

As someone who rarely eats meat, I thought I'd treat myself to a black and blue salad for a change. What better place to treat myself than a nice steak house, right? Well, if you don't mind a flimsy styrofoam container and even more flimsy plastic cutlery. Not the best presentation. Considering I'm staying in the hotel, I should have... More

Lovely manager that greated our 10 person party. Interactive - notably about Don Shula. Excellent service and beautifully prepared steaks. Only gem within the hotel.

My co-worker and I enjoed our dinner at Shula's. It was comfortable, the waitstaff was very pleasant and the food was tasty. The presentation of the various steaks table-side prior to ordering seemed a bit old-school and the football on the table with the steaks listed on it was a bit tacky for a nice restaurant. Other than that though,... More

Such an inviting steakhouse my wife and I visited in Chicago. Food tastes excellent but the service was not that fantastic. It's definitely in the pricy side. Atmosphere was great and we definitely enjoyed dining at the Shula's.

I thought it was a bit over priced for what it is. Always heard about Shula's in Miami and was anxious to try this one in Itaska. I was disappointed.

All the food we ordered was very tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful. The steak bites were very good and the steak sandwich as well.

This was pretty expensive and not great. We had two 8oz fillet steaks which were both way over-done (medium rare was well done) and not a very good cut of meat at all. The grilled asparagus and twice baked potatoes were good but average. The dessert tasted like it may have been frozen to start. The waiter was nice enough... More

Nice furnituring, ok service and for sure good steaks. I recently visited the famous Gibson's strakhouse in Chicago downtown and no doubt the ribeye I had at Schula's was much better.
